(TDS), como alternativa para afrontar los retos del sector, desde la perspectiva de cuarta revolución industrial, articulado al Modelo de Acción Integral Territorial (MAITE), propuesto por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección en Salud colombiano (Minsalud), en su Resolución 2626 de 2019. Para ello se han venido adelantando proyectos de investigación que promuevan la transformación digital, los modelos de atención en salud innovadores que beneficien las comunidades, la modernización de ambientes de aprendizaje con enfoque de industria 4.0, el diseño de un sistema de información mediado por salud digital, que permite la interoperabilidad entre los diferentes actores y el entrenamiento continuo del talento humano instructor y aprendiz.
La depresión, el estrés y la ansiedad son trastornos del ánimo frecuentes en todo tipo de población. La atención por especialistas en salud mental en nuestro medio se ve afectada por: reducido número de profesionales (psicólogos, psiquiatras) para atender a la gran cantidad de personas afectadas, mayor concentración de ayudas de salud mental en grandes centros urbanos, y carencias en la cobertura de aseguramiento en salud, entre otros. Este trabajo describe la experiencia de formulación e implementación temprana de un programa de salud mental, orientado a la detección, atención, seguimiento y educación de aprendices del SENA del Centro de Servicio de Salud, por medio de telesalud (telemedicina y tele-educación). Los aprendizajes y experiencias identificados se agruparon en 3 dominios: integrantes del equipo (personas), sistemas de información (tecnología), y procesos de atención. Se resalta la importancia de la informática clínica como eje articulador de conocimientos clínicos y tecnológicos; el trabajo integrado con prestadores de salud en temas de salud mental; y adecuación de sistemas de información al uso de escalas y gestión de datos en esquemas de seguimiento de pacientes.
La formulación e implementación de programas de atención en salud mental, integrando tecnologías, busca fortalecer las redes de atención en salud y puede mejorar la oportunidad de la atención.
Las tecnologías emergentes hacen parte de la Transformación Digital en el mundo. Blockchain es una de ellas y más allá de ser popular por su utilización en operaciones de intercambio financiero, la criptomoneda se avizora como un elemento innovador en otras áreas de conocimiento, como el sector salud. El Centro de Servicios de Salud de la Regional Antioquia SENA, con su Laboratorio de Servicios Tecnológicos Central de Conocimiento Knowledge Process Outsourging (KPO), intenta implementar esta tecnología dentro de su portafolio, como una estrategia para incrementar la seguridad de la data en salud, permitiendo la movilidad de la información con protocolos de ciberseguridad que garantizan la protección de los datos, independientemente de los actores que puedan acceder a ellos, bien sean del sector salud o el propio usuario, quien es el verdadero propietario de la información. Se avizoran posibles aplicaciones diagnósticas para el uso de dicha herramienta, entre ellas se propone como posible aplicación, el uso de redes neuronales y Deep Learning para el diagnóstico temprano de Melanoma, al realizar una fotografía de una posible lesión de características que sugieran malignidad.
