This paper presents a new offshore platform with rocking wall structure, and studies how to use the material more adequately by varying offshore platforms story rigidity. The results show that the greater the story stiffness, the more it can give full play to the material properties, as well as to improve the seismic capacity.
Outrigger damping system is used in JZ20-2 north high wellhead platform, making simulation analysis to the whole structure subjected to pushing ice load by finite element software ANSYS, calculating displacement and acceleration response under different length of horizontal pole and different height of damper. The height of the damper has great influence on displacement and acceleration. The damping effect of horizontal bar length has an impact on the damping system, and the main influencing factor is the damper height, and when the height is H2 the damping effect is the most ideal.
Considering the structural characteristics of high-rise residential with regular plane design, simple load condition and small height change of standard floor, a new frame formwork support is proposed. According to eigenvalue buckling analysis, the research proves its stability bearing capacity and mechanics properties. MF1225 bearing capacity is determined by the out-of-plane stiffness. Ledger and bottom reinforcing tube improves the longitudinal stiffness and integrity in frame system.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
