ResumoEste artigo estimou a confiabilidade dos dados de atendimento odontológico do Sistema de Gerenciamento de Unidade Ambulatorial Básica (Sigab) por meio de dois procedimentos: coeficiente de correlação intraclasse e coeficiente de correlação de concordância, com os respectivos intervalos de 95% de confiança. As análises compararam os dados de procedimentos clínicos ambulatoriais produzidos pelos cirurgiões-dentistas em uma amostra selecionada de 96 dias de atendimento odontológico de uma unidade básica de saúde do município do Rio de Janeiro-RJ e registrados em três diferentes instrumentos. Os resultados mostraram um alto grau de concordância entre os dados provenientes dos instrumentos avaliados no estudo. A partir das estimativas obtidas, conclui-se que há uma alta confiabilidade entre os dados relativos aos procedimentos odontológicos coletados nos instrumentos padronizados do Sigab, na planilha desenvolvida no serviço, e os dados presentes nos relatórios gerados pelo aplicativo.Palavras-chave: reprodutibilidade; confiabilidade; sistema de informação; Sigab.
