This research is use qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to describe how the planning and the implementation of charactereducation in SDN Lawanggintung 01. The result of this research is the planningof chacarcter education is start with analyst how the condition and potency in this school to decide the value of character which will be implemented there are religious, nationalis, indeoendent, discipline, like to read, appreciate achievement, environmental care.Integrating the main character and values matched with the standards of com-petence and basic competence, suitability with the material. The implementation of character education was realized through teach character values in layers of artefacts on school culture with provide the infrastructure that will support the character education program. The program of character education was designed to build student character through the habituation at school who can make student familiarize by theirselves about character values which has been planned in school. From the result of the research above can be concluded that the implementation of character education in SDN Lawanggintung 01 has been implemented well from the planning to the implementation.
The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture toward lecturers professional attitudes. The research was conducted at study program of Pakuan University. The applied research methods are survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression as well as correlation and multiple linier regression statistical. This research can be classified into correlation research which consist of two independent variables namely work motivation, organizational culture and one dependent variable namely lecturers professional attitudes. This research involved samples of 166 permanent lecturers which were selected by proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is conducted on 0.05 significance level. Results emerged that there is a positive relationship between all variables tested in the study. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -1.79 + 1,04X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.997. The contribution of the work motivation toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Second, there is a positive and significant between correlation the organizational culture with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -3,06 + 1,02 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.997. The contribution of the organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Third, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with organizational culture combined with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -2,634 + 0,528X1 + 0,505X2 and correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,998. The contribution of the work motivation and organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,8%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the lecturers professional attitudes can be improved through a high working motivation and the organizational culture
In general, this study aims to examine teacher job satisfaction and variables that have a relationship with teacher job satisfaction, in this case is the supervision of the principal and efforts to improve teacher job satisfaction. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The research variable consists of independent variables, namely the supervision of the principal, with the dependent variable namely teacher job satisfaction. This research was conducted in private junior high schools in Bogor Timur sub-district, Bogor City. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 186 respondents who had been selected as samples. The results of the questionnaire were collected and recorded in order to analyze the data to test the research hypothesis and to determine the strength of the relationship between the supervision of the principal and teacher job satisfaction. To test the research hypothesis and to determine the strength of the relationship between the supervision of the principal and teacher job satisfaction, data were analyzed using statistical tests in the form of correlation and simple linear regression, and multiple correlations and regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out at significance level a = 0.05. This study yields the main conclusion that there is a positive relationship between supervision of the principal and teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the supervision of the principal, the higher the teacher job satisfaction is indicated by the regression equation ?=74.46+0.53X1 and the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.520 . Based on the findings, the teacher's job satisfaction can be improved through supervision of the principal.
EDUCATION SUPERVISION IN NATURAL SCHOOL BOGORThis research is an interactive qualitative study with a descriptive approach that aims to explore in depth information about the implementation of educational supervision in the Natural School Bogor. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the Natural School Bogor had carried out educational supervision on three main objects namely the curriculum, Human Resources (HR) and facilities and infrastructure. Based on field data, there are obstacles in the implementation of curriculum supervision. While supervision in the field of Human Resources and infrastructure can run well.
Differences in the characteritics of children with special needs will require the ability of teachers to combine various abilities and talents of each child, such as mentally retarded children who need communication like children in general. His developmental delays are often excluded from his playing enviranment, thus the need for good social interaction with mentally retarded children. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to describe the findings of social interaction in mentally retarded children in extraordinary school Mentari Kita. The research is a descriptive analysis with qualitative research approach. Technique of data analysis was performed with data reduction stage, the presentation of data, and verification (conclusions). Researchers used the test of credibility, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, and konfirmabilitas to obtain the validity of the data. The result showed that the way social interaction with mental retardation children how do social contacts and communication as being able to respond when invited to communicate but it should be repeated over and over,the subject has a weakness in the concentration of so when invited to talk hard staring at your opponents interlocutor. When did the subject communication using language that sounds stilted. Social contact subject well againts his peers is characterized by sensitivity to her friends when in distress, want to help his friend like get a pencil, and divide the food per day taken by subject. Based on the above research result it can be concluded that the way the social interactions of the child with mental retardation how do social contacts and communication in accordance with the terms of the occurrence of social interaction. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning of classroom management, the implementation of classroom management, supporting and inhibiting factors of classroom management to increase the learning process, and then the strategy to increase the learning process. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative method. The result showed that the planning of classroom management do with prepared and arrange a set of equipment and instruments of study. The implementation of classroom management in the study applied some classroom management principles and some approaches. The supporting and inhibiting factors are physical environments, social-emotional, and organizational conditions. The strategy was student's condition for already studying in the class, learn to concentrate, using the right method and variation, interaction in educative and communicative, and then the students were using media with the teaching was.
WORK SATISFACTION TEACHERS ARE REVIEWED FROM THE ROLE OF HEADMASTER SUPERVISION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NORTH BOGOR DISTRICT This research is aims to examine teacher job satisfaction and variables that have a relationship with teacher job satisfaction, in this case the supervision of school principals and efforts to improve teacher job satisfaction. The results of the questionnaire were collected and recorded to analyze data to test the research hypotheses and to find out the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction. To test the research hypothesis and to determine the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, data analysis was performed using statistical tests in the form of correlations and simple linear regression, as well as multiple correlation and regression. Hypothesis testing is performed at the significance level a = 0.05. This study presents three main conclusions: There is a positive relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the supervision of the principal, the higher the teacher job satisfaction shown by the regression equation Ŷ = 63.64 + 0.53X and the correlation coefficient ry = 0.520. Based on the findings, teacher job satisfaction can be increased through supervision of the school principal.
Parenting patterns of parenting are the ways and habits that parents do and feel by children, so the pattern will certainly be different on every parent. The aim of this research is to know the parenting pattern of the parent to the blind children with achievement of the blind student with achievement. Sample is taken by looking for SLB-A (blind) in Bogor. This research method is carried out by case study method. Data analysis is an effort done by working with data, organizing data, sorting it into manageable units, synthesizing it, finding and finding patterns, finding what is important and what is learned, and deciding what can be told to others. The result of the research about parenting pattern of the blind children with the achievement of elementary school age shows that the pattern of care is the great potential that make up the achievement of the blind child. Not only one form of parenting, but consists of several parenting patterns, including the pattern of foster democracy, laissez faire care, self-melt parenting, manipulation parenting, parenting patterns, parenting over the role and parenting consultant.Keywords: Patterns of Care, Blind, Achievement.
