This study aims to get empirical data and analyze the influence of the use of
visual media and interest in learning of mathematics against learning outcomes.
Research variables consist of: the independent variable is the visual media through a method that uses a visual method of teaching with no visual media and interest in learning, the dependent variable is learning result on math. The research was conducted on the class X SMK PGRI 20 Cibubur. The research method used was experimental research design. The research sample consists of 68 students, divided into experimental class of 34 students and a control class of 34 students. Based on hypothesis testing, the conclusion are: (1) There are differences in learning outcomes of students who are taught with the visual media is higher than students who are taught without visual media (2)
There are no differences in learning outcomes of students who have high interest to students of low interest (3) there is interaction between the use of visual media with the interest of the students towards the learning of mathematics (4) In the group of students who are taught using visual media, there is no difference between students who have an
interest high and students who have low interest (5) In the group of students who taught without using visual media, there is no difference between students who have high interest and low interest students who have, (6) In the group of students who have high interest, there is a difference between students who are taught using visual media and students who are taught without the use of visual media (7) In the group of students who have low interest, there is a difference between students who are taught using visual media and students who are taught without the use of visual media.

This research aims to describe students' ability in mathematical creative thinking in terms of the initial ability of mathematics, in the set material, relationship of functions, and mathematical logic, in the course Introduction to Basic Mathematics (PDM). Qualitative descriptive is used as a research method and is carried out at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta. Three students who took the Introductory Basic Mathematics course in the odd semester of the academic year 2020/2021, were selected as research subjects. The taking of the subject is done using purposive sampling. The instruments used are tests of mathematical creative thinking skills and early mathematical abilities, interview guidelines, and researchers as key instruments. Activities in this data analysis include data reduction, data display, and verification. The validity test of this research uses triangulation. This study shows that students' mathematical creative thinking skills are still lacking in indicators of flexibility, smoothness, and originality, especially in students with low initial ability.
The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the CORE type Cooperative learning model for understanding students ' mathematical concepts. The research method used in this research is the quasi-experimental method. Where experiment classes use Core Type Cooperative learning model and control class using AIR type Cooperative. Instumen in this research is a question of essay-form. The test instruments used are validity tests and reliability tests. In the hypothesis test using test-T obtained the value of t_hitung > t_ (table) (3,925 > 2,0021), meaning understanding of the mathematical concepts of students taught with a cooperative model of type cooperatives is higher than those taught with models WATER-type cooperative learning to prove that there is an influence on the model of CORE cooperative Learning to understand the mathematical concepts of students.
The number of learning media at this time is still deemed insufficient that students can use to study independently anywhere and anytime. So we need a media companion to the main book that students can use, namely in the form of pocket books. The feasibility test was carried out by material experts, media experts, design experts and Senior High School Physics Teachers. the results of the product media expert test were quite good with a proportion of 70%, the material expert test was declared good with a proportion of 84%, the product design expert test was not good with a proportion of 64% and by education practitioners namely high school physics teachers declared good with a proportion of 88%. So that the overall feasibility of the product is 76.5% in the good category. So it can be concluded that the pocket book of Newton’s law material on Physics for class X senior high school students is in accordance with the appropriate syllabus and is suitable for use as a supporting book for learning physics.
This research aims to describe students abstract thinking abilities in the probability theory course in terms of mathematical disposition. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 5th-semester students who took probability theory courses. Determination of subjects using purposive sampling techniques. Instruments used include test results of mathematical abstract thinking abilities, disposition questionnaires, interview guidelines, and researchers as the key instruments. Analysis data using the Miles model and Huberman includes data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results are, Subject 1 (S1) is in the high mathematical disposition category, fulfills three indicators of abstract thinking abilities, namely transforming problems into symbols, manipulation process of abstract mathematical objects, and the formation of mathematical concepts related to other concepts. Subject 2 (S2) is in the medium mathematical disposition category, fulfilling two indicators of abstract thinking abilities, namely transforming problems into symbols and the manipulation process of abstract mathematical objects, the formation of mathematical concepts related to other concepts. Subject 3 (S3) is in the low mathematical disposition category, it only fulfills one indicator of the abstract thinking abilities, namely transforming problems into symbols.
