This study aims to analyze the effect of the Work Environment, Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction at Pt Citra Crocotama International in Jakarta. This research was conducted using probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 77 employees of Pt Citra Crocotama International. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that the work environment, motivation and organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction Pt Citra Crocotama International in Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Citra Crocotama International di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 77 karyawan PT Citra Crocotama International. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Citra Crocotama International di Jakarta.
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT Aneka Warna Semesta Pratama. This research was conducted by non-random sampling method with the type of convenience sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Aneka Warna Semesta Pratama. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline influence the employee performance of PT Aneka Warna Semesta Pratama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Aneka Warna Semesta Pratama. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non-random sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Aneka Warna Semesta Pratama. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Aneka Warna Semesta Pratama.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Togo Steel Industries Tangerang. The data were collected using questionnaire. In total 85 respondents, then the data were analyzed by SmartPLS software. The result of this study indicate that work motivation and job satisfaction had positive effects on employee performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dari motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Totalnya, terkumpul sebanyak 85 responden, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The number of samples in this study was determined by means of total sampling, namely the sampling technique by taking all populations. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 60 PT Quadranplus employees. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis 3.00. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress and job satisfaction had an effect on turnover intention at PT Quadranplus in Jakarta.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Quadranplus di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan cara total sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil semua populasi. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan PT Quadranplus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS 3.00.Hasil analisis menyimpulkanbahwa stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada PT Quadranplus di Jakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi di biro administrasi dan konsultan pajak Setia Utama Kota Medan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan menggunakan skala interval dalam bentuk google form dengan jumlah 40 responden. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Peneliti menggunakan program Smart-PLS untuk uji analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kompensasi terhadap motivasi, semakin baiknya sistem kompensasi yang ditawarkan maka semakin tinggi juga tingkat motivasi karyawan. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi, budaya organisasi yang disesuaikan dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh karyawan akan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on motivation at Setia Utama tax administration and consultant bureau, Medan City. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires and using an Interval scale in the form of a google form with a total of 40 respondents. The research design uses quantitative methods and research analysis uses descriptive methods. This research was conducted using simple random sampling method. Researchers used the Smart-PLS program to test the validity and reliability analysis. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive influence between compensation on motivation, the better the compensation system offered, the higher the level of employee motivation. Furthermore, it is concluded that there is a negative influence between organizational culture on motivation, organizational culture that is adjusted and can be accepted by all employees will increase employee motivation.
