Task conflicts among group members have a significant impact on team creativity, so it is critical to identify which conflict resolution styles should be used. This paper aims to examine how various conflict management styles influence team creativity via task conflict. The empirical research was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for a sample of 257 employees working for Vietnamese organizations. The results show that dominating style increases task conflict while combining and obliging styles reduce it. To take advantage of the creativity-related benefits associated with task conflict, team leaders should develop an open atmosphere that encourages participants' integrating styles, rather than dominating styles. The negative influence of obliging style reflects Vietnamese culture's high collectivism. The study provides various approaches for task conflict management and also highlights the role of controlling task conflicts in enhancing team innovation. It implies that employees will be able to work better as a team in practice if conflict management strategies are used in a flexible manner. It helps them to build a good connection and successfully implement new ideas. Further research should extend the conclusion of this analysis in various contexts to generalize the findings. Purpose – Brand personality plays an important role in the development of tourists’ self-image congruence and revisit intention. This paper attempts to shed light on the relationship between brand personality and self-image congruence and revisit intention through a quantitative analysis. Design – Data were collected from 496 Vietnamese tourists who visited the top five tourist sites in Vietnam, including Ha Long, Phu Quoc, Sapa, Nha Trang, and Hoi An. Methodology – By using SEM in AMOS version 24 CFA was performed to test the the overall measurement model. Findings – Multivariate data analysis demonstrated that five dimensions of brand personalitỵ (Excitement, Sincerity, Sophistication, Competence, and Ruggedness) have a positive effect on self-image congruence and revisit intention. While excitement appears to be most helpful for developing self-image congruence, sincerity has the highest benefit for increasing revisit intention, sincerity has the highest utility for increasing revisit intention. In addition, revisit intention is most influenced by excitement and least influenced by sophistication through selfimage congruence. Originality of the research – The findings highlight the important role of attributes associated with tourist destinations. Managers in the tourism sector should be familiar with these characteristics in order to position or strengthen their destination’s brand with the aim of delivering to each tourist group a customized experience that resonate with their shared values. The insights provided by this paper also have important implications for travel companies in the gradual recovery of the country’s smoke-free industry under the conditions of the COVID -19 pandemic

An institution of higher autonomy is the key to the reforms to diversify and effectively mobilize mutual resources in higher education at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). At present, the Vietnamese Government has issued some guidelines to grant more autonomous power to higher education institutions. Vietnam National University, Hanoi is moving toward an autonomous system to maximize the utilization of its resources to train high quality human resources for the nation. Theautonomy of organization and personnel management istheprerequisite for a university to implement its autonomy mechanism and to be socially responsible for its training, scientific research, and technology transfer activities. During such empowerment, both objective and subjective factors should be seriously considered to developeffective implementing methods that fit each university’s socioeconomic situation and particular characteristics.
