Latar Belakang: Stunting adalah penyakit kronis yang menggambarkan pengerdilan karena kekurangan gizi kronis, yang ditunjukkan dengan z-score tinggi badan menurut umur (TB/U) kurang dari -2 SD. Masalah keterlambatan perkembangan semakin parah karena terutama terjadi pada bayi dan anak kecil. Prevalensi stunting cukup tinggi di Indonesia yaitu 37,2%, Desa Sepanyul, Blimbing Gudo, Jombang 16,43%, dan Bantur 18,03%. Tujuan: Riset ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stunting pada balita di Desa Sepanyul, Blimbing Gudo, Jombang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Teknik sampel dengan non porbability sampling dengan jenis porposive sampling sebanyak 61 balita. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga yang memiliki balita usia 0 bulan – 24 bulan di Desa Sepanyul, Blimbing Gudo, Jombang. Dengan analisis data bivariat dan univariat. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini ibu yang tidak bekerja dan tidak berpenghasilan lebih banyak dibanding ibu yang bekerja dan berpenghasilan. Balita yang mengalami stunting dan memiliki usia 24 bulan sebanyak 21 orang dan yang berusia > 24 bulan hanya 1 orang. Mayoritas balita yang mengalami stunting memiliki berat badan lahir normal sebanyak 20 orang dan yang memiliki berat badan lahir hanya 2 orang. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas balita yang mengalami stunting memiliki berat badan lahir normal sebanyak 20 orang dan yang memiliki berat badan lahir hanya 2 orang. Dengan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p value = 0.000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara statistik terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kejadian stunting dengan MPASI lengkap.
