Generation and Reaction of Metal Free Trifluoroacetimidoyl Carbanion.-The usefulness of intermediately formed tetrabutylammonium salts of the title anion is shown by their reaction with different electrophiles. The increased stability of this salt type is the main advantage compared to the corresponding lithium species. It is noteworthy that the reaction gives similar results if Et2O is used as solvent, but toluene, DMF and acetonitrile are less useful. -(UNEYAMA, K.; NORITAKE, C.; SADAMUNE, K.; J. Org.
