Parámetros de mayor riesgo ambiental provenientes de efluentes líquidos en el Subsector Hidrocarburos rEsumEn Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer los parámetros provenientes de efluentes líquidos que pueden generar mayor riesgo al ambiente y salud de las personas, mediante el análisis crítico-científico contenido en la literatura de fuentes bibliográficas internacionales. Para lo cual se consideraron criterios técnico-científicos adoptados por tres (3) agencias internacionales de los Estados Unidos y Europa, tales como Agency for toxic Substances & Disease Registry (ATSDR), Institute for health and Consumer Protection (IHCP) y United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Se concluyó que el cadmio, plomo y mercurio (en ese orden) son los que pueden generar mayor impacto al ambiente y a la salud de las personas. Tales criterios están en función de sus propiedades carcinogénicas, bioacumulativas, biomanificación, efectos tóxicos y vida media biológica.
