The aim of this study is to assess the impact of job satisfaction, managerial innovation and organizational motivation on the organizational performance of Riau oil companies in Indonesia in the current digital age. The reliability test was based on Cronbach's Alpha, and a correction factor for the total number of corrected items was used to test the internal consistency of the responses to the questionnaire. The ANOVA test can be used to estimate respondents' perceptions of these factors based on the chosen demographic data. Finally, there is analysis of different regression models to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, innovation management, organizational motivation and organizational performance. The results of the study show that innovation management influences from organizational motivation to organizational performance. The variables of managerial innovation and motivation at work have a positive effect on the variables of organizational performance. This study highlighted the importance of the relationship between job satisfaction, innovation management, organizational motivation and organizational performance in the context of oil companies. This result has important implications for the shipping researchers and professionals. Although the research relationship between job satisfaction, managerial innovation, organizational motivation and organizational performance is conducted in other disciplines, empirical research studies in oil companies are not discussed.
The purpose of this study is to have better understanding the role of transformational leadership and its impact of student satisfaction and motivation to learn. This research took students as the research object. The survey questionnaire was used to obtain data. Results from a survey of 258 students were analysed using simple regression to perform statistical analysis. The scales used were transformational, student satisfaction and motivation to learn. The results show that transformational leadership positively influenced student satisfaction and motivation to learn. Moreover, motivation to learn positively affected by student satisfaction.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job stress, perceived organizational support, work family conflict terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT XYZ. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 136 karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa job stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan work family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini manajemen perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan karyawan di dalam maupun di luar perusahaan, melakukan pembagian tugas dan jam kerja karyawan yang adil dengan cara menyesuaikan tugas dan beban kerja sesuai dengan jabatan dan usia karyawan, memberikan pelatihan khusus dengan cara memberikan studi kasus atau masalah yang menuntut kerja sama tim, serta lebih melibatkan karyawan seperti mendengar pendapat dan masukan dari para karyawan yang bertujuan untuk kemajuan perusahaan.
This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Resilience, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Learning Culture, and Turnover Intention on Business Performance. Business Performance. The data analysis technique in this study used several statistical tests to apply structural equation modeling (SEM) as a tool. The sample data collection method in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of employees of PT. Pertamina. This study used a questionnaire distributed online. The sample from the population was carried out with specific considerations, namely all employees of the financial services industry in Indonesia, as many as 135 respondents. The results show that organizational learning culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational learning culture has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on business performance, organizational resilience has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and organizational resilience affects positively on business performance.
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work motivation, leadership, and work environment on employee performance in PT Mayora Indah Tbk employees in the HR&GA (Human Resource & General Affairs) division and will then be mentioned with HR&GA information. The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study used hypot hesis testing method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The data in the study was collected from 117 employees of PT Mayora Indah Tbk in the HR&GA division using the census method. Based on the results of the study showing that there is no positive influence of work motivation on employee performance,there is no positive influence of leadership on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effecton employee performance.
