Resumo. A detecção de defeitos em células fotovoltaicas tem impacto direto no desempenho e na confiabilidade do sistema de geração. Diante disso, diversas técnicas são empregadas com intuito de garantir a sua operação correta, dentre elas, a termografia é uma das mais populares no setor. No entanto, as inspeções estão sujeitas a experiência e subjetividade do operador para a realização dos diagnósticos. Neste trabalho é apresentado o desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta que auxilia no diagnóstico de falhas em células fotovoltaicas baseada em termografia ativa. Como estudo de caso se aplicou o algoritmo em células mono-Si sem encapsulamento. Utilizaram-se os princípios físicos de transferência de calor na elaboração dos indicadores, o que por sua vez permite uma análise técnica acerca do estado da célula, a exemplo: constante de tempo (𝜏), variação máxima de temperatura (𝛥𝑻 𝒎𝒂𝒙 ), contraste máximo (𝐶 ), ângulo do gradiente de temperatura e método de Kirsch -aproximação do módulo do gradiente. Foram analisadas três células em diferentes estados, a saber: uma célula com múltiplas falhas (MF), uma célula com apenas uma falha (1F) e uma célula em condições normais -sem falhas (SF). As imagens resultantes do processo são apresentadas, possibilitando distinguir com clareza as regiões com defeito.
A Análise de Gases Dissolvidos (AGD) é uma poderosa técnica para diagnóstico de falhas incipientes em transformadores isolados a óleo. A utilização de classificadores inteligentes tem se tornado uma prática cada vez mais recorrente nesta área, sendo a Rede Neural Artificial (RNA) um dos algoritmos mais populares. Neste trabalho, busca-se comparar três classificadores de rápida implementação com a RNA, método já estabelecido, porém mais complexo. Os classificadores são: o k-ésimo vizinho mais próximo (KNN), um baseado no Discriminante Linear de Fisher e um na métrica de Mahalanobis. Dentre esses, os melhores resultados foram obtidos pelo KNN e a RNA, com 81,97% e 85,25% de acertos durante a validação, seguidos pelo Discriminante de Fisher e Mahalanobis, ambos com 70,05%. Todos os classificadores tiveram um bom desempenho, mostrando superioridade a algumas técnicas clássicas como a de Rogers e Doernenburg para os dados analisados. Dessa forma, os três algoritmos se mostraram uma alternativa à RNA, com implementação mais rápida e com menor peso computacional, cabendo dar destaque ao KNN.
