El siguiente trabajo expone la urgencia de incorporar fundamentos de corte sociológico, antropológico e histórico para la estructuración e impulso de políticas públicas dirigidas al desarrollo rural como la pluriactividad y a las unidades de producción agrícola familiar. La importancia del análisis desde la historicidad de las relaciones socioeconómicas del campesino en su contexto, de la estructura y la dinámica interna de las familias rurales, así como las formas de interacción de éstas con los mercados resulta fundamental para el diagnóstico y las estrategias hacia el fortalecimiento del agro mexicano.
El huerto familiar, que refleja el manejo y conocimiento sobre el medio ambiente que rodea a un grupo humano, es el espacio o el área aledaña a la casa habitación. Para Álvarez-Buylla y Lazos (1983) en él se cultivan y protegen plantas perennes y anuales con diferentes usos, ya sea para autoconsumo, ya para excedentes. Respecto a este punto, Gispert (1993) agrega que en dicho sitio se practican además actividades sociales, biológicas y agronómicas, lo cual constituye una unidad económica de autoconsumo a la puerta del hogar. Este artículo tiene por objetivo valorar al huerto familiar como herencia social. Si bien para Gutiérrez (2003), el huerto familiar muestra la relación entre los grupos sociales y las plantas, la cual persiste a pesar de la irrupción del desarrollo de las civilizaciones o la proximidad a las grandes urbes, Gispert (1993) expresa un aspecto de la identidad cultural de un grupo humano en relación con la naturaleza. Para Gispert (2005), esta relación sociedad-planta es siempre dinámica; por parte de la sociedad, intervienen fenómenos culturales, ideológicos, políticos y económicos, y por parte de la planta, el ambiente con sus biomas y sus floras. Para afirmar que el huerto familiar es parte de la identidad cultural de un grupo social, es necesario documentar y estudiar las funciones de dicho sistema y el manejo de la diversidad vegetal, para entender la relación que existe entre un grupo social y el medio ambiente que lo rodea, y finalmente comprender que todo lo anterior es parte de la cultura e identidad de una comunidad.
La presente investigación se realizó en el año de 2017, con el objetivo de determinar los costos de producción del cultivo de la papa en el municipio de Zacapoaxtla, Puebla. Dentro de las ocupaciones económicas de la Sierra Norte de Puebla son pocas las actividades productivas de importancia económica. Los cultivos comerciales que tradicionalmente se vienen sembrando son el café y la papa. En el caso de la papa es un cultivo de mayor valor agregado; sin embargo, tiene gran dependencia de agroquímicos y otros insumos, que los productores locales no pueden en ocasiones solventar, por lo que las ventajas agroclimáticas de la zona han sido aprovechadas por productores empresariales. La estructura de costos de los productores se determinó mediante las expresiones algebraicas basadas en la teoría económica. De acuerdo a los resultados la diferencia de costos de producción y de rendimientos obtenidos entre pequeños productores y grandes productores hace que los primeros sean desplazados por los segundos. Para los grandes productores la actividad es rentable porque lo que son competitivos en el mercado, pero los pequeños productores la actividad les deja poco margen de ganancia por lo que han venido abandonando la producción de papa.
La creciente demanda de energía a nivel mundial a base de combustibles de origen fósil ha ocasionado severos daños al medio ambiente, la energía renovable, en particular el biogás es una opción para contrarrestar el problema, además se puede generar electricidad por medio de un motogenerador y reducir costos de producción de granjas porcinas. Se estimó el potencial de energía eléctrica en 19 municipios de Puebla en granjas de más de 500 cerdos, dichas granjas podrían generar 17 875 MW de energía eléctrica al año, también se realizó un análisis financiero para cinco tamaños de granja propuesto con sistema biodigestor-motogenerador donde los indicadores resultaron positivos en todos los casos.
En este trabajo presentamos la generación de conocimiento sobre ambientalización curricular en educación básica 2010-2020, mediante la revisión de fuentes documentales: tesis, libros, artículos de revista y ponencias de congresos, la información se obtuvo de diferentes repositorios en idioma español. Se elaboró una clasificación de aquellos trabajos que cualitativamente estuvieran ligados a la perspectiva teórica binomio complejidad-transdisciplina. El hallazgo de esta revisión muestra que en México hace poco sé empieza a manejar el término “Ambientalización Curricular” y generalmente es empleado en investigaciones en Educación Superior, sin embargo está implícito en algunas investigaciones de educación básica como: “Propuesta para favorecer la planeación educativa sobre Educación Ambiental en el Contexto de la Educación Primaria”, “Auditoria Ambiental a los programas de educación Ambiental a Nivel Educación Básica” estos estudios toman en consideración, la dimensión, ambiental, educación ambiental con enfoque de la sustentabilidad, valores ambientales, conciencia ambiental entre otros. En cuanto a los trabajos realizados en otros países se contempla ya el término como en Colombia “Consumo responsable a partir de la Ambientalización Curricular en Colegio Bilingüe Buckingham” o en España “Evaluación de la Calidad de la Ambientalización Curricular en Centros Educativos Andaluces; Estudios de Casos en la Provincia de Granada. Ante la complejidad de los problemas ambientales se observa el esfuerzo de los investigadores (independientemente del enfoque y paradigma) por plantear alternativas innovadoras y viables en el cuidado y conservación del medio ambiente.
