Resumo: Objetivo: descrever as ações de detecção de casos da tuberculose (TB) realizadas pela Atenção Básica de Saúde dos municípios de Uruguaiana, Pelotas e Santa Maria, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Método: transversal, quantitativo, realizado com 385 profissionais de saúde, utilizando um questionário estruturado autopreenchido sobre a organização e o planejamento das ações de detecção de sintomáticos respiratórios. Resultados: identificou-se que, em Uruguaiana, cerca de um quarto dos profissionais referem que sua unidade planejou ações de detecção de TB, enquanto a proporção nos demais municípios não alcançou um décimo dos profissionais. Observou-se, que a busca de casos na comunidade, assim como a orientação dos ACS sobre sinais e sintomas da TB foi considerada praticamente inexistente em Santa Maria. Conclusão: apesar dos municípios estudados serem prioritários para o controle da TB, os profissionais da unidade de saúde não são estimulados a manter um olhar diferenciado sobre essa problemática no seu território.
Introdução: Durante a graduação, estudantes universitários ficam expostos a problemas de saúde mental, em decorrência de aspectos relacionados às suas redes sociais e ao apoio social. Nesse contexto, torna-se necessário estudos que explorem essa temática. Objetivo: identificar a produção científica sobre as redes sociais e o apoio social em estudantes universitários. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, que consistiu na busca de estudos publicados nos últimos cinco anos, em cinco bases de dados internacionais. Resultados: Após o processo de seleção, foram incluídos 42 estudos. Destaca-se que a família, sobretudo a mãe, e os amigos, foram os principais apoiadores mencionados. Estudantes universitários entre 19 e 21 anos de idade obtiveram o menor escore de apoio social. De uma forma geral, o apoio social está associado a efeitos positivos na saúde dos universitários e a insuficiência do apoio social ligado a efeitos negativos. Foram relatadas associações positivas com a empatia, motivação intrínseca para estudar, bem-estar subjetivo e espiritual, inteligência emocional, desempenho acadêmico, satisfação com a vida, sucesso acadêmico, equilíbrio trabalho/vida, habilidades em resolver problemas, dentre outros fatores. Em contrapartida, a insuficiência de apoio social esteve associada ao estresse, depressão, solidão, ansiedade, uso de drogas, medo de engordar, transtornos mentais, dentre outras condições negativas. Conclusão: as redes sociais podem servir de apoio social ao longo da vida, se sobressaindo em períodos de transformações, mudanças e processos adaptativos, como os vivenciados durante o período de formação acadêmica, representando uma temática de interesse mundial.
Avaliar e comparar o índice de desempenho da Atenção Básica em municípios localizados nas fronteiras Internacionais da Região Sul do Brasil, analisando os indicadores de pagamento por desempenho do Previne Brasil. Estudo avaliativo de caráter quantitativo analítico com dados secundários por conglomerados dos dados de desempenho da atenção primária à saúde referentes a linhas de fronteira do Sul do Brasil. Evidencia-se que as cidades dos estados de SC e PR atingem apenas dois indicadores e RS apenas um indicador. Além do mais, a efetividade foi considerada mediana frente a um desempenho limitado nos indicadores de monitoramento definidos pelo Programa Previne Brasil e que isso poderá trazer prejuízos para a população em função da diminuição do repasse de verbas aos municípios. A gestão das cidades estudadas busque estratégias para adequar com urgência o modelo de captação de dados de saúde de seus municípios, tendo em vista não prejudicar a atenção em saúde de sua população e investir mais no treinamento das equipes.
Objetivo: conhecer as vivências de mães de bebês prematuros da gestação até a alta hospitalar. Método: estudo qualitativo, do tipo descritivo e exploratório, desenvolvido com 16 puérperas em uma Policlínica Infantil. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: as vivências da gestação envolveram tanto a ausência como a presença de fatores de risco. No nascimento, observou-se a separação imediata da mãe e do bebê, com poucas orientações sobre as razões da internação do bebê na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Durante a internação, as mães demonstraram desgaste emocional e físico. Já no domicílio, elas buscaram a manutenção dos cuidados desenvolvidos no ambiente hospitalar. Conclusão: é fundamental o olhar sensível e atento dos profissionais de saúde quanto às orientações fornecidas à mulher e sua família, permitindo maior compreensão sobre as questões ligadas à prematuridade e suas implicações.
Objetivos: analisar as evidências científicas sobre a telessaúde como uma ferramenta para expansão e melhoria da Rede de Atenção à Saúde (RAS). Método: revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada, entre maio e junho de 2020, nas bases de dados National Library of Medicine (Pubmed), Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informações em Ciências da Saúde (BVS) e pelo Portal Periódicos CAPES/MEC. Utilizou-se os descritores: Telemedicina; telessaúde; remote consultation. Das 98 publicações identificadas, a amostragem foi de 10 artigos. Resultados: Os principais desafios foram: econômicos, sociais e institucionais. As potencialidades foram a reorganização dos serviços de saúde para garantir o acesso à população facilitando a teleconsulta no cenário da pandemia e a redução de custos. Conclusão: A articulação com as Políticas Públicas é ferramenta para expansão e reorganização da telessaúde na RAS para garantir acesso e continuidade do cuidado em tempos de pandemia, porém a implementação nos serviços é o maior desafio.
