Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar a conduta do enfermeiro frente aos conflitos éticos e bioéticos no atendimento de famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF). Pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, exploratória e de campo. Realizou-se uma entrevista semiestruturada com seis enfermeiros atuantes na ESF de áreas consideradas vulneráveis, em um município do extremo Sul de Santa Catarina. A análise dos dados foi realizada a partir da análise de conteúdo. A conduta dos enfermeiros para a resolução dos conflitos éticos e bioéticos envolve a linguagem clara e acessível com discussão de caso com a equipe multidisciplinar; o trabalho em rede; vínculo do agente comunitário de saúde (ACS) com a comunidade; e a conduta ética dos profissionais. Considera-se fundamental que os profissionais promovam discussões sobre os dilemas e conflitos éticos e bioéticos enfrentados, buscando a qualificação e a humanização do cuidado, com resolutividade da rede de serviços.
Este estudo objetivou investigar as representações sociais do termo indutivo “minha casa”, provenientes de teste de evocações online, enviado a idosas por meio de uma página em uma rede social que divulga informações sobre envelhecimento. Ocorreram 233 evocações, das quais foram selecionadas as de 114 idosas com idades entre 60 e 69 anos por terem atendido à proposta de evocação. Os resultados foram submetidos a uma análise lexicográfica e de similitude por meio dos softwares Evocation 2000 e Similitude 2000. O ambiente físico da casa mostrou-se como importante para a vida das idosas, seja quando estão experimentando afeto positivo ou afeto negativo. A associação de partes físicas da casa com elementos relacionados a restabelecer-se e bem-estar indicam que o meio está agindo como ambiente restaurador. O fato de algumas idosas residirem na mesma casa há mais de 20 anos aliado aos afetos por ela sentidos dão indícios de vínculo de apego ao lugar. Conclui-se que a teoria das representações sociais foi adequada para os estudos do campo pessoa-ambiente, possibilitando atingir o objetivo da pesquisa.
A presente pesquisa objetivou identificar as representações sociais da pobreza e do bolsa família para mulheres beneficiárias de programas de transferência de renda de um município do Sul de Santa Catarina. Participaram deste estudo 26 mulheres, selecionadas por amostragem por conveniência. Fez-se uso do teste de associação livre como instrumento de coleta de dados. As participantes escreveram as cinco primeiras palavras que surgiam à mente a partir do termo indutor “pobreza” e “bolsa família”. Os resultados foram submetidos à análise de similitude e prototípica por meio do software IRaMuTeQ. Quanto ao termo indutor pobreza aparece como possível elemento central a palavra “fome”, seguida dos elementos “miséria”, “dificuldade” e “tristeza”; mostrando que a multidimensionalidade da pobreza e os efeitos simbólicos que não estão necessariamente atrelados ao capital monetário. No que se refere ao termo indutor “Bolsa Família”, o possível núcleo central é o elemento “ajuda” seguido dos elementos “benefício”, “importante”, “comprar”, “escola”, “água”, “comida”, “renda” e “assistência”. Tal representação demonstra a perspectiva assistencialista das beneficiárias acerca do Programa. Os resultados apontam que os programas de transferência de renda têm pautado suas estratégias de enfrentamento a pobreza em políticas unidimensionais, que priorizam o valor monetário em detrimento de garantias sociais. Além disso, salienta-se que apesar de necessários para garantir condições mínimas de dignidade para a população, os programas de transferência de renda têm pouco potencial de mudança nas estruturas de sociais, tendo em conta, o baixo valor monetário oferecido aos beneficiários.
Objective: to describe the development of community health actions from the user’s perspective. Methods: a descriptive study carried out in a small city in the south of Brazil, in 2017, with 639 literate residents of both genders. The sample was calculated in a weighted system by neighborhoods, streets and age group, and data were collected by 25 community health workers, distributed into 6 Basic Health Units (UBS). The research instrument included questions about the existence and the awareness of the user about community health education activities. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 22.0. Results: 76.3% of the participants identified frequent community health actions; of these, 67.3% had a nurse present and 70%, a community health workers. 63.6% of the participants thought these actions stimulate the population to reflect on their health and illness, 62.5% self-care, 66% health protection measures and 56.4%, believed that these actions influence behavioral changes. Conclusion: from the perspective of the user, the activities developed fulfilled their expectations about community actions related to health promotion; the results also show that the participants are aware of the actions developed in the city and their significant effectiveness for habits changes. However, the data demonstrate centralized activities that require a re-signification of practices through permanent education on health promotion.
Objetivo: Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender como atuam estudantes universitários da saúde no processo de morte e morrer. Métodos: trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória. Estudo desenvolvido com 68 acadêmicos dos cursos de saúde, em uma universidade no sul do Estado de Santa Catarina. Na coleta de dados foi utilizado um questionário via formulário eletrônico, e a análise dos dados foi realizada a partir dos preceitos da análise de conteúdo temática e com auxílio do software Atlas.ti. Resultados: indicaram a existência de duas macro categorias: Atitudes de universitários da saúde frente à morte, convergindo para a atuação com responsabilidade e ética profissional, também com manifestações de tristeza, luto e não aceitação diante da perda; e Dificuldades e potencialidades de universitários da saúde para lidar com a morte, sustentada pelo abalo emocional e despreparo para notícia, ausência de facilidades e algumas habilidades teórico-práticas para atuar no processo de morte e morrer. Conclusão: os estudantes universitários de cursos da saúde possuem dificuldade para agirem no processo de morte e morrer dos sujeitos aos quais prestavam assistência.
