This study is aimed at examining the impact of work mutations on work stress, as well as on employee performance. Having seen the differences in the phenomenon that occurs between female employees and male employees. The respondents were included in this study were 108 millennial employees of Dental Clinic Centre, consisting of 68 women and 40 men. The technique of data analysis used is WrapPLS. The results of the study indicate that work mutations have a negative impact on work stress, as well as work stress negatively affects performance. Work stress furthermore mediates the impact of work mutations on employee performance. It’s also found that there were differences between men and women in facing the work mutations that occurred. The employee of men is found to be calmer and not stressed in facing the work mutations that occur, while women are the opposite.
This study aims to analyze of work life quality, work facilities and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The population for this study is the employees of Karma Royal Jimbaran, there are 30 people as a sample. The data collection techniques used are documents, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. From this research, it is found that there are several important aspects: 1) The quality of work life has a positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction, 2) Work facilities have a positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction, 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 4) Quality of work life, work facilities and organizational commitment jointly affect satisfaction work. Work facilities have the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Karma Royal Jimbaran. Judging from the beta coefficient value of 0.302, it is greater than the beta coefficient value of quality of work life and organizational commitment.
Pupuk merupakan hal yang penting untuk pertumbuhan tanaman. Namun, penambahan pupuk kimia secara berlebihan dapat merusak tanah dan merusak hasil tanaman. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik/kimia yang terlalu banyak secara terus menerus membuat unsur hara tanah semakin menurun. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia dengan pupuk organik yang prosesnya melalui pengolahan limbah cangkang telur yang bisa menjadi pupuk organik bagi tanaman bagi warga di lingkungan Desa Kerobokan Kuta Utara Bali. Pada penelitian ini juga selain mengurangi dampak negatif pupuk kimia dengan menggunakan pupuk organik dari cangkang telur. Hal lain yang didapatkan berupa inovasi inovasi baru yang bisa dijadikan ide bisnis dari limbah cangkang telur. Hasil penelitian ini warga lebih mengenal, mengetahui dan peduli terhadap limbah cangkang telur yang ada disekitaran mereka untuk dijadikan pupuk organik. Serta kedepannya bisa dikembangkan lagi untuk mengurangi limbah cangkang telur & pupuk kimia yang ada dilingkungan Desa Kerobokan Kuta Utara Bali.
Nusa Penida is one of the coconut-producing districts in Bali Province, which is precisely located in the Klungkung Regency area. Most of the Nusa Penida residents sell coconuts in their whole form and not processed into other processed forms, so this affects the selling price of coconuts. The use of coconut is traditional and has been widespread, however, however, there are still few people who process it into virgin coconut oil or VCO. One of the industrial houses that produces Pure Coconut Oil (VCO) is located in Banjar Bodong, Ped Village, Nusa Penida District with the name "Sari Gading''. Even though it has been running for 6 years, the revenue from this business has not been maximized due to poor marketing. For this reason, the authors offer a solution to help marketing Virgin Coconut Oil, namely by educating and coaching the use of social media as a means of online-based marketing activities. In this case, it focuses on activities to increase marketing through social media, namely Facebook.
Jumlah lapangan kerja di Indonesia yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang ada menyebabkan tingginya tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia. Kondisi tersebut merupakan salah satu tantangan yang cukup besar yang harus dihadapi oleh Negara ini dalam rangka mengupayakan pembangunan Negara ke arah yang lebih baik. Pemerintah sudah sepantasnya meningkatkan upayanya dalam hal mengurangi pengangguran dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru atau dengan mendorong terciptanya wirausaha (entrepreneur).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh anteseden dari entrepreneurial intentions pada mahasiswa/i di Universitas Airlangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey terhadap 68 mahasiswa/i anggota WEBS di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Airlangga dengan alat bantu statistik Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.0). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara individual skill terhadap attitude toward entrepreneurial behavior, perceived environmental dynamism terhadap perceived entrepreneurial behavior control, attitudes toward entrepreneurial behavior terhadap entrepreneurial intentions, dan subjective norms terhadap entrepreneurial intentions memiliki hasil yang positif dan signifikan; hubungan antara perceived environmental facility terhadap perceived entrepreneurial behavior control dan perceived entrepreneurial behavior control terhadap entrepreneurial intentions memiliki hasil yang positif namun tidak signifikan.Kata kunci : Entrepreneurial Intentions, Theory of Planned Behavior
