La educación formal se ha centrado principalmente en proveer conocimientos, con algunos intentos de formar actitudes. En ese sentido se propone diseñar un programa para el cambio de actitudes en docentes para mejorar el clima emocional en el aula, con el uso de un diseño descriptivo propositivo y con una muestra de 305 estudiantes a través del muestreo aleatorio estratificado. Se aplicó tres instrumentos de recolección de datos, una encuesta estudiantil, una reunión de grupos y una encuesta a docentes, se comprueba que el clima emocional presenta dificultades en la comunicación y baja expectativa del docente en el estudiante. Además, la utilización de recursos emocionales como: comunicación asertiva, autoestima, proactividad e inteligencia emocional para la consecución de los objetivos que estimulen el desarrollo actitudinal de los estudiantes y generen aprendizaje significativo, se encuentra ausente en el trabajo docente. En función a estos resultados se plantea un programa de cambio de actitudes basada en la psicología cognitiva, la inteligencia emocional y la proactividad, con el propósito de incrementar la capacidad emocional del docente que favorezca el clima emocional en el aula.
La investigación tuvo como propósito determinar el efecto del método “Construcción global” en el aprendizaje del sistema Braille en los docentes del CEBE N° 001- 002 y PRITE, para lo cual se utilizó un diseño pre experimental con pre y pos prueba en una muestra no probabilística de 21 docentes del CEBE N° 0001-0002 y PRITE de Tarapoto-Perú. Los resultados indican que el nivel de logro de aprendizaje antes de la aplicación del método de construcción global se encuentra en el nivel regular para el 28.57% de los docentes, lo que supone que está en camino de lograr los aprendizajes previstos. Sin embargo, después de la aplicación del método se encuentra en un nivel de regular a bueno, para el 52.38% y 38.10% de los docentes, respectivamente, evidenciando el logro de los aprendizajes previstos e incluso demostrando un manejo solvente y muy satisfactorio en todas las tareas propuestas. Concluyeron que el método de construcción global tiene efecto en el aprendizaje del sistema braille debido a que las actividades desarrolladas tuvieron un carácter dinámico y didáctico enfatizando los componentes sensoriales, corporales, manuales y abstractas (lectura y escritura) de manera sistemática logrando que el docente internalice el código braille de forma progresiva.
El aula invertida o Flipped Classroom surgió como uno de los modelos híbridos más efectivos dentro del paradigma disruptivo en el que se ha asignado la educación; Sin embargo, la emergencia sanitaria reconfiguró esta metodología, adaptándola a un entorno totalmente virtual. En este contexto, el estudio tuvo como objetivo demostrar las modificaciones del aula invertida en un ambiente completamente virtual y mostrar su efectividad en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje universitario en medio de una emergencia sanitaria. Para efectos metodológicos se planteó una revisión sistemática exploratoria que analizó críticamente la información producida en bases de datos como: Web of Science, Scopus, Redalyc y Scielo. Para finalizar se puede concluir que, a pesar de la emergencia sanitaria, el aula invertida sigue siendo un modelo importante para la práctica docente en entornos virtuales de aprendizaje.
