La investigación abordó las variables, liderazgodirectivo y gestión administrativa con el propósitode mostrar el nivel de relación entre sí en losdocentes del nivel inicial de la RED 19 UGEL 01,Villa el Salvador-Lima. Planteada la hipótesis, existerelación directa entre variables. Por su naturaleza lainvestigación es de tipo básica, diseño descriptivo ynivel correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo. La muestrase conformó por 102 docentes del nivel inicial. Serecopiló la información mediante la técnica delescalamiento, el instrumento fue la escala de Likertcon 24 ítems para ambas variables. Los datosfueron procesados en tablas y figuras, se realizó elcontraste de hipótesis, obteniendo un valor de r =0,895, p- valor <0,05 para la hipótesis general. Lasconclusiones permitieron afirmar que existe relaciónentre el liderazgo directivo y la gestión administrativaen las instituciones educativas públicas del nivelinicial RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima 2019.A mejor liderazgo directivo, mejor gestión educativa.
Tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre gestión directiva y desempeño docente. El diseño fue correlacional y la muestra estuvo conformada por 100 estudiantes del nivel secundario del distrito de Callería de la provincia de Coronel Portillo región Ucayali. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario que consta de 12 ítems para la variable gestión directiva y 32 ítems para la variable desempeño docente. Los resultados evidencian que el 58, 0 % de lo evaluados considera que sus directivos presentan un nivel medio en gestión y el 42,0 % considera que presentan un nivel alto en gestión. Asimismo, el 58, 0 % considera el desempeño docente en un nivel medio mientras que el 42,0% lo considera en un nivel alto. Existe relación significativa entre la gestión directiva y desempeño docente en el distrito de Callería de la provincia Coronel Portillo región Ucayali – 2017.
La industrialización de la agricultura ha generado una producción a gran escala y en menor tiempo, originando daños ambientales, en muchos casos irreversibles. En este proceso se han utilizados diferentes insumos químicos y bioquímicos que han empobrecido la tierra, contaminado los productos agrícolas y afectando incluso la salud humana. Esta situación amerita una atención inmediata de los diferentes sectores de la sociedad, con el soporte del conocimiento científico. La investigación se enmarcó dentro de un enfoque intercultural, interdisciplinario y transversal teniendo como soporte la filosofía del desarrollo sostenible. El objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento ecológico tradicional y las conductas hacia la ecoeficiencia agrícola en pobladores de la provincia de Junín, Perú. Se formuló la hipótesis: existe una relación significativa entre el conocimiento ecológico tradicional y conductas hacia la ecoeficiencia agrícola en los pobladores de la provincia de Junín. La investigación fue de tipo básica, nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, y como instrumentos los cuestionarios de conocimientos ecológicos tradicionales y de prácticas de ecoeficiencia agrícola, diseñadas y validadas por juicio de expertos y por el coeficiente de Spearman-Brown. La población estuvo conformada por pobladores de las 24 comunidades de la provincia de Junín, Perú. La muestra estuvo constituida por 210 sujetos, 60 damas y 150 varones. Los resultados obtenidos a partir del análisis estadístico evidencian una relación significativa entre el conocimiento ecológico tradicional y las conductas hacia la ecoeficiencia agrícola en pobladores de Junín, con 0.05 de significancia y τ = 0.587 y Z (1.87) < Z (5.87).
