<p>The increasingly strong pressure of change in the industrial era 4.0 has forced all entities to make changes. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of the influence of business knowledge on business performance through business skills and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Padang in the industrial era 4.0. The population and sample of this study were 225 MSMEs in Padang City. The model of this study is structural equation modelings (SEM), with an analysis tool using SmartPLS 3. The findings of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence of business knowledge, business skills, innovation on business performance. In addition, it was also found that business knowledge has a positive and significant effect on business skills and innovation. While indirect effects through innovation variables are found in the fact that innovation cannot play a role in strengthening the influence of business knowledge on business performance. But the indirect effect through the variable business skills, found a significant effect of business knowledge on business performance.</p><p align="center"> </p><p>Desakan perubahan yang semakin kuat di era industri 4.0, telah memaksa semua entitas untuk melakukan perubahan. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh <em>business knowledge</em> terhadap <em>business performance</em> melalui <em>business skill</em> dan <em>innovation</em> pada Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Padang di era industri 4.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 225 UMKM di Kota Padang. Model penelitian ini adalah <em>structural equation modelings</em> (SEM), dengan alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan <em>business knowledge, businee skills, innovation </em>terhadap <em>business performance</em>. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa <em>business knowledge</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap <em>business skills </em>dan<em> innovation</em>. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel <em>innovation</em> ditemukan fakta bahwa <em>innovation</em> tidak dapat berperan dalam memperkuat pengaruh <em>business knowledge</em> terhadap <em>business performance</em>. Namun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel <em>businee skills, </em>ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan <em>business knowledge</em> terhadap <em>business performance.</em></p>

This study aims to examine how the ethnic influence of the board of commissioners (Chinese) on company performance, family ownership of company performance and company age on company performance. And the effect of all independent variables on dependent. The population of this study is the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling. Based on observations from 2013-2017 the samples in this study were 23 companies from the LQ45 company. This study uses panel data and the method used is the Hausman Test using Random Effect Model. The results of this study indicate that the Ethnic Board of Commissioners and family ownership do not affect the Company Performance while the Company Age has a positive effect on Company Performance. Taken together,it turns out that Ethnic Board of Commissioners, Family and Company Ownership have a negative influence on the Company's Performance in LQ45 Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Finally, the authors suggest that the performance of the company increases the company must increase the Age of the Company by continuing to carry out or run company activities so that they have more experience and the authors also suggest that further research add variable size companies to get better research results.
The industrial era 4.0 that occurred has had a general impact on all human work activities, including the world of higher education. This study aims to disclose and analyze learning satisfaction with online learning readiness with learning culture and character strength as antecedent variables. Data collection was carried out by using an online questionnaire for all students of Putra Indonesia University who attended elearning lectures in the 2018-2019 academic year, with a total of 320 students. The findings of data analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS, indicate that learning culture, character strength and learning satisfaction can explain its effect on online learning readiness. Furthermore, this study also concluded that learning culture and character strength were able to explain the satisfaction of learning online learning. In addition, the findings of this study also indicate that learning satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of learning culture and character strength on online learning readiness.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pemahaman pajak, pelayanan aparat pajak, sanksi perpajakan dan preferensi risiko perpajakan terhdap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa penyebaran koesioner pada UMKM Elektronik yang ada di Kecamatan Sitiung Dharmasraya pada tahun 2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman perpajakan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sedangkan pelayanan aparat pajak secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sedangkan sanksi perpajakan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sedangkan preferensi risiko perpajakan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sedangkan pemahaman perpajakan, pelayanan aparat pajak, sanksi perpajakan, preferensi risiko perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.
