A based information system is a system that can be used for the dissemination of information through internet services. In this case, the internet is becoming the provider of a set of information that is posted or uploaded, so that the public can see it every time. Therefore the presence of the internet makes it easier for people to be able to implement the results of the analysis of a system so that the formation of web-based information systems. Government services were supposed to use web-based information systems, it is used in order to obtain maximum work achievement. As an example, a case study a Government Ministry was having some complaints from the community is a service of recording E-ID CARD that is experiencing such a long queue. Therefore this web-based information systems within the scope of the reservation Recording E-ID CARD can reduce prolonged queue numbers so that people feel not satisfied against the Government. On this research produced a design of web-based information systems that can be implemented on the Booking process of recording E-ID CARDS in each Government Ministry offices.
Solid waste management is a big challenge in urban areas for most of the countries throughout the world. An efficient waste management is a pre requisition for maintain a safe and green environment as there are increasing all kinds of waste disposal. There are many technologies are used for waste collection as well as for well managed recycling. In this paper we have introduced an integrated system combined with an integrated system of
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Global Position System (GPS), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Geographic Information System (GIS) and web camera. The built-in RFID reader in collection trucks would automatically retrieve all sorts of customer information and bin information from RFID tag, mounted with each bin.GPS would give the location information of the collection truck. All The information of the center server would updated automatically through GPRS communication system. The performance of the implemented system have been analyzed and focused that the proposed system is much better than existing system in terms of high speed data transmission, precision, real time and reliability.
Fakfak is the number one nutmeg producing area in Indonesia with a land area of around 16,011 Ha. Nutmeg production is projected to continue to increase until 2020, recorded in 2011 the production of nutmeg in particular reached 12,884 tons or 25 percent of the total Indonesian nutmeg production. This increase was not followed by an increase in market share. One solution to get a wider nutmeg market is exports. But currently not all requests for nutmeg can be fulfilled, because the quality of the nutmeg does not meet the requirements requested. One factor is the surface defects in the nutmeg skin that affects the quality of the fruit, especially the appearance of the fruit. The sorting of nutmegs has so far been using conservative methods, namely by observation based on experience (self-taught). This manual method is felt to be less effective because it depends on the conditions and conditions of the sorting staff, different perceptions between each sorter, takes a long time, requires large costs and involves many workers. To deal with these problems, our previous research developed a method for classifying nutmeg seeds, using image processing methods with color and shape parameters combined with a neural network and sigmoid convolution classification algorithm as a validation method, an accuracy of 87%, but this has not been said to be optimal so we try to use the same approach with the latest method improvements using the R-CNN Faster obtained the best accuracy of 95% with a learning rate of 4000 with a processing time of 0.04 minutes per second.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
