Decision making is sometimes faced with a situation where assessment is given in the form of linguistic variables, which have a certain range of values so that decision making cannot be given in the form of numerical values. One approach commonly used is Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets (HFLTS) which is a multi-criteria and multi-alternative decision making method. In TOPSIS which has the concept of distance measurement, basically the chosen one is the best alternative is an alternative that has the closest distance to a positive solution and the farthest distance with a negative solution. The incorporation of HFLTS-TOPSIS has the advantage that decision making can be done in the form of variable linguistics and also a situation where there are benefit criteria and cost criteria. This study will use the HFLTS-TOPSIS approach that has been modified in the distance calculation section so that distance calculation is based on the difference of preference degree between the two HFLTS. The results of research conducted by a number of researchers show that using pseudo-distance will provide advantages compared to the standard HLFTS-TOPSIS. Pseudo-distance HFLTS-TOPSIS will be applied in the selection of the best lecturers. The criteria used in this study are: Student Satisfaction, Research, Number of late, and number of complaints from students.
Research on multi-class imbalance from a number of researchers faces obstacles in the form of poor data diversity and a large number of classifiers. The Hybrid Approach Redefinition-Multiclass Imbalance (HAR-MI) method is a Hybrid Ensembles method which is the development of the Hybrid Approach Redefinion (HAR) method. This study has compared the results obtained with the Dynamic Ensemble Selection-Multiclass Imbalance (DES-MI) method in handling multiclass imbalance. In the HAR-MI Method, the preprocessing stage was carried out using the random balance ensembles method and dynamic ensemble selection to produce a candidate ensemble and the processing stages was carried out using different contribution sampling and dynamic ensemble selection to produce a candidate ensemble. This research has been conducted by using multi-class imbalance datasets sourced from the KEEL Repository. The results show that the HAR-MI method can overcome multi-class imbalance with better data diversity, smaller number of classifiers, and better classifier performance compared to a DES-MI method. These results were tested with a Wilcoxon signed-rank statistical test which showed that the superiority of the HAR-MI method with respect to DES-MI method.
Maintenance is an activity to maintain facilities or equipment of the factory and make repairs or adjustments to the necessary replacement to satisfactory condition of production operations in accordance with what is planned. Companies often experience damage to the Blowing machine so that interconnected machines cannot be operated. The purpose of this study was to improve the performance of Blowing line 4 engines with the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit, also to determine the level of Blowing machine performance based on the analysis of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit. The method used in this study is the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method to measure Ishikawa’s treatments and diagrams to compare and propose low engine performance. The results of data processing shows machine maintenance has not comply the OEE standards in July 81.48%, August 81.48%, September 78.07%, October 81.22%, November 78.08%, and those that fill the standards in June amount to 86.48%, with losses that most affect the effectiveness of equipment in line 4 blowroom machine is Equipment Failure Losses of 11.42% based on the results of the study, the proposed improvement in engine performance is to provide training to employees, and increase operator awareness. against engine damage, thus the production process will run smoothly.
Globalization is not a process of depriving identity, but a process for maintaining the identity of a nation. Maintenance does not mean to close themselves from the influence of foreign culture. The values contained within a culture must have the ability to adapt and adapt to other cultures through a selection process. Considering the social phenomenon that is happening in the daily life of Minangkabau society, implied the roots of cultural values, especially the value of characters, began to erode in the education of children in the family. The value of the character is almost no longer reflected in the daily life of Minangkabau youth. In fact there is an extreme statement that is often expressed by adat leaders, that at the level of the concept of Minangkabau human still densely, but not in line with the level of behavior. Changes in behavior of the younger generation seems to have tercerabut from the roots of culture.Starting from the above phenomenon, the researcher wanted to re-question the tasks and functions of the tuahku sajar tungku, which had been instrumental in providing character values for the children and nephew in Minangkabau, but slowly the task began to shift and rely on the parents alone. The question that arises here is why customary law no longer raises the responsibility of planting the value of character to the tuah kuung sangan, what factors lead to waning the spirit of character values in the education of children in the family, and how the model design that can be used as a reference for the effort to re-revitalize the role of tigo stoves in helping parents in instilling character values on Minangkabau family. This model is expected to be known to many people through socialization by using the website.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
