Portland cement is one of the most widely used building materials in the world, the cement industries generate most of the greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere. In addition to this contaminant, rock crushing industries produce as extremely fine powder, called filler, as mining waste, which often generates an environmental liability. However, its composition and particle size or characterize as an influential material in the rheology and packaging of substances in cementitious materials. New environmentally, economically and technically sustainable approaches to construction are possible to mitigate these problems. Currently, there is a great demand for industrialized products, with stabilized mortar being a ready-to-use, wet mix, which remains with workability according to its composition. In this context, the objective of this work was to analyze the behavior of stabilized mortars with filler contents in four traits, reference (0% filler) and in substitutions of 10%, 20%, and 30% of cement filler. The properties of mortars were analyzed by standard tests in both fresh and hardened state. The results showed that the filler caused rheological and mechanical changes in the mortars, and substitution contents of 10% and 20% of cement by filler caused permeability and absorption improvements with small variations in the mechanical strength characteristics.
