In rigorous and competitive working environment, higher education institutions require a strong and supportive organizational basis. This study seeks to analyze the influence of organizational fundamentals of organizational culture on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and the trust of lecturers as employees in tertiary institutions. This study is a quantitative study with the object of study in universities in Serang Banten, Indonesia. By using LISREL as the basis of structural equation modeling (SEM), the results show that organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and lecturer trust in the university environment. The implication is that a good and conducive organizational culture in tertiary institutions enables organizational members to build their integrity, competence, consistency and loyalty towards the tertiary organization. This condition can occur because of the existence of a conducive organizational culture, it will encourage members of the organization to actualize positive values in the organization, including the values contained in trust, such as integrity, competence, consistency and loyalty.
The objective of this research is to study the direct impact of organizational culture, leadership, job satisfaction and trust towards organizational commitment of the Lecture the Private Universities in Serang Regency, Banten Province Indonesia. This research used the quantitative approach with survey method. The samples of this research were lectures selected randomly. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis.Penelitian ini ingin menegaskan bahwa secara teoretik dan empirik, paling kurang ada empat faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dosen pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Kabupaten/Kota Serang, yaitu budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan kepercayaanThe results of the research concluded: that (1) organizational culture had a direct effect on lecturer's organizational commitment,(2) organizational culture had a direct effect on lecturer's job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture had a direct effect on lecturer's trust, (4) leadership had a direct effect on lecturer's organizational commitment, (5) leadership had a direct effect on lecturer's job satisfaction, (6) leadership had a direct effect on lecture's trust, (7) job satisfaction had a direct effect on lecture's commitment organizational, (8) trust had a direct effect on lecture's commitment organizational. There is a paradoxical condition in which Banten Province is an area with an abundance of manufacturing companies, but has a high unemployment rate. So it is important to carry out research to provide innovative and sustainable policy mix recommendations for local governments. This study aims to analyze (1) the relationship between training revolving funds and the competence of vocational school graduates, (2) the relationship between training revolving funds and the skill development center, (3) the relationship between the competence of vocational school graduates and the skill development center, (4) the relationship between the competence of vocational education graduates and resource sharing innovation, (5) the relationship between resource sharing innovation and skill development centers, (6) resource sharing innovation with industrial human competitiveness, and (7) the effect of development center skills on industrial human competitiveness. This study used Research and Development (R&D) methods with participants from selected companies who were willing to accept vocational graduates as apprentices. After the data were collected, they were processed using the IBM AMOS 2.2 application. The findings were confirmed through triangulation with the person in charge of apprenticeships at the seven participating companies. The willingness to do resource sharing innovation (RSI) had an effect on the competitiveness of industrial people. Based on these results, it can be concluded that RSI, offered as a novelty, can increase the competitiveness of industrial people. These results can be used to overcome the high unemployment rate through RSI from companies in the region providing business convenience incentives. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pertukaran pemimpin-anggota guru SMK swasta di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian merupakan 20% dari populasi yang terdiri dari 17 sekolah dan 183 guru berdasarkan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dalam kuesioner menggunakan dimensi dan indikator yang dikembangkan ahli. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang kuat antara kompetensi guru dan leader-member exchange; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dan leader-member exchange; (3) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru; (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange terhadap kinerja guru; (6) Melalui leader-member exchange terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; serta (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru ditinjau dari leader-member exchange. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan sertifikasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui leader-member exchange
Mutu pendidikan hanya dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja guru. Termasuk kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) akan mampu meningkat manakala mampu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mampu meningkatkannya, antara lain kepempimpinan visioner, dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Penelitian ini menggundakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM). Jumlah populasi yaitu 1.098 orang, dengan ukuran sampel 110 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.3. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, 2) MBS berpengaruh pada kinerja guru, 3) kepemimpinan visioner mempunyai efek terhadap kualitas PAUD, 4) MBS berpengaruh pada kualitas PAUD, 5) kinerja guru mempunyai efek pada kualitas PAUD, 6) Kinerja guru efektif dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kualitas PAUD, 7) kinerja guru berperan efektif dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung MBS terhadap kualitas PAUD.
