Scholars have focused on exploration concerning issues affecting innovative behavior (IB). Of previous research finding reviews, transformational leadership (TL) is seen as the most influential factor to promote IB in the organization. TL helps followers to have a unique opportunity to develop learning competence and cooperation in improving IB. Besides, knowledge sharing (KS) is also supposed as the main trigger to build IB. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the mediating role of KS in the relationship between TL and IB. 210 postgraduate students in Indonesian private university are determined as samples. Multiple regression analysis by using SPSS software is applied to analyze the data. The results show that TL significantly affects KS and IB. KS further mediates the relationship between TL and IB.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh nilai ujian nasional, nilai uji akademik, motivasi menjadi Taruna Akpol dan motivasi akademik terhadap prestasi belajar Taruna Akademi Kepolisian dengan persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif serta menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menganalisis data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 146 Taruna. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi menjadi Taruna berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi akademik dan prestasi akademik. Variabel nilai uji akademik berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap prestasi akademik dan variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi (POS) memoderasi pengaruh motivasi akademik terhadap prestasi akademik. Variabel nilai ujian nasional ternyata memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap motivasi akademik. Variabel anteseden pada penelitian ini hanya mampu menjelaskan sebagian kecil dari prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dan diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui variabel lain yang memiliki signifikansi terhadap prestasi akademik Taruna Akpol. Beberapa implikasi manajerial serta rekomendasi penelitian yang akan datang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini.

This research method is qualitative analysis tool used is the technique of triangulation and member check.The result of the analysis showed that all participants of PT. Kimia Farma UB Semarang proved the characteristics of servant leadership and servant leadership competence can be built by the pharmacist. Expected Pharmacist as a leader able to build a communication that can synergize existing resources to maximize the potential of subordinates to be successful
As a country, Indonesia is inseparable from import activities to meet their own needs. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Muslims are required to always consume halal food in accordance with Islamic religious orders. However, in fact, not all imported food or beverage products are labeled as halal food. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and religiosity on the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported halal labeled food and beverages.The data collection method is done through questionnaire. The population of this research is Muslim students at Universitas Diponegoro who consume imported food and beverages with sample of 110 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are calculated using the SPSS 26.0 application. The results of the analysis showed that the product quality, attitude, perceived behavioral control and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported food and beverage labeled as halal. However, subjective norm are not significant to the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported food and beverages labeled halal.
ABSTRAK Dalam satu dasa warsa terakhir, jumlah notaris meningkat secara signifikan dikarenakan melonjaknya jumlah perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan notaris. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan meningkatnya persaingan antar notaris. Agar dapat terus bertahan dan menambah klien, seorang notaris dituntut untuk melakukan inovasi yang mendukung pelayanan prima dalam mengelola bisnisnya. Sayangnya mayoritas notaris tidak memiliki bekal pengetahuan manajemen. Literatur yang membahas kiet sukses dalam berkarir sebagai notaris juga sangat jarang ditemui. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar dari penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan seorang notaris mampu untuk bertahan, berkembang dan mengembangkan relasinya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi terhadap notaris yang telah menjalankan jabatannya selama 15 tahun dan membuat akta notariil minimal 100 dalam setiap tahunnya. Kriteria tersebut dijadikan dasar untuk mengivestigasi masing-masing notaris hingga dapat berkembang seperti saat ini. Terdapat 5 kantor notaris yang diivestigasi dalam penelitian ini. Kantor-kantor tersebut berlokasi di Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Semarang. Sebanyak 15 pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan faktor penentu keberhasilan bisnis digunakan dalam wawancara dengan masing-masing notaris.Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa faktor yang dapat menjadi penentu keberhasilan notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya. Dari berbagai faktor tersebut, proses manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik menjadi penentu untuk keberhasilan. Kantor notaris disarankan melakukan refleksi gaya kepemimpinan serta pembenahan rekrutmen, seleksi, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta kompetensi bagi karyawan. Beberapa implikasi manajerial dalma pengelolaan kantor notaris juga akan didiskusikan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Key Success Factors, Notaris, Profesional, Kualitatif, Fenomenologi
This study aims at analyzing influences of political perception of organization, affective commitment, work satisfaction and work stress towards employee's eagerness to drop out with a variable of moderation perception of endorsement of organization. This study was conducted at PT PQRS. Analysis method used in this study was mixed method with the explanatory sequential design.The number of the sample was 157 respondents for closed questionnaire and 3 participants for opened questionnaire. The questionnaire measurement was closed with scale 1-7. In quantitative analysis data analysis used was multiple regression analysis with moderating variable and a help of SPSS 23 program. In qualitative analysis data analysis used was deskriptive analysis.In quantitative analysis of examination findings toward hypothesis, it is indicated that variable of political perception of organization positively affects an eagerness of dropping out, affective commitment affects an eagerness of dropping out negatively, work stress positively affects an eagerness of dropping out and perception of endorsement of organization can moderate correlation between affective commitment and work stress towards an eagerness to drop out yet not between perception of endorsement of organization and work satisfaction towards employee's eagerness to drop out.In qualitative analysis gives results that support the results of hypothesis testing where employees reveal the existence of political behavior and work stress is high enough accompanied by the level of affective commitment and job satisfaction which is low, so that it gives the impact on the high desire to get out of work. Other results indicate that organizational support can be perceived by employees so that moderation testing that is conducted get support that the desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at low levels of affective commitment and the employees' desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at the high level of work stress.
