O objetivo principal deste trabalho é a busca e a pesquisa de soluções que viabilizem melhorias às características do concreto auto adensável (CAA) e que também possibilite o reaproveitamento de resíduos provenientes de peças pré-moldadas. O cujo trabalho consiste em produzir esse CAA com adição de material fino que é constituído pelos resíduos de pré-moldados em adição ao agregado miúdo, objetivando obter uma mistura sem segregação, cujo o resultado seja benéfico para as propriedades físicas e mecânicas do concreto. Para isso, foram realizados ensaios e testes visando avaliar as propriedades do concreto no seu estado fresco, segundo o método de Tutikian, para dosagem de concreto auto adensável, a fim de melhorar sua resistência no seu estado endurecido com o menor custo possível. E ainda examinar faixas granulométricas procurando condições adequadas de trabalhabilidade e a sua resistência mecânica. Os ensaios ocorreram no Laboratório de Engenharia Civil da Faculdade Vale do Aço em Açailândia - MA e no Laboratório de Engenharia da Franco Engenharia em Imperatriz - MA. Os concretos confeccionados se mostraram viáveis com o resíduo utilizado, por apresentar resultados próximos ou acima do concreto usado como referência, com isso o resíduo pode se tornar uma opção ótima para utilização como material reciclável.
