Trata-se de relato de experiência de estágio interdisciplinar em Nutrição Social e em Psicologia da Universidade Federal de São Paulo campusBaixada Santista, com foco na integralidade da atenção. O trabalho ocorreu entre 2010 e 2012, na Atenção Básica de Saúde do Sistema Único de Saúde no território Centro/Morro do município de Santos, São Paulo. Utilizaram-se registros de campo contendo memórias de supervisões e de reuniões entre professores e equipe de saúde. Construíram-se narrativas e projetos terapêuticos singulares. Em supervisão conjunta de professores de Nutrição e Psicologia, debateram-se situações destacadas pelos estudantes e planos de trabalho construídos para cada ciclo de formação. Isto fundamentou práticas interdisciplinares, reflexões e ações consoantes ao Sistema Único de Saúde, realizadas pelos estagiários. Os resultados corroboram a importância do trabalho interdisciplinar para a promoção da integralidade, constituindo formas de escuta e atenção diferenciadas aos usuários, em estreita relação com os serviços.
Resumo Apresenta-se o percurso metodológico de uma pesquisa multiterritorial e multimétodos que avaliou os efeitos do Programa de Volta para Casa (PVC) no processo de reinserção social de pessoas egressas de longos períodos de internação psiquiátrica. O PVC, instituído pela Lei no 10.708/2003 para cumprir papel fundamental no redirecionamento da atenção em saúde mental no Brasil, consiste em um auxílio pecuniário que pretende facilitar o processo de desinstitucionalização e reinserção social dos seus beneficiários. Em cada município pesquisado foi implantado um Comitê de Acompanhamento da Pesquisa (CAP), composto por beneficiários, trabalhadores e representantes da comunidade local. Pesquisou-se a história do PVC por meio de análise documental e entrevistas com os principais atores responsáveis pela implantação do programa. Por meio da observação participante e da realização de entrevistas individuais e coletivas, buscou-se uma aproximação ao cotidiano dos beneficiários, visando construir narrativas sobre cada trajetória. Por fim, analisou-se avanços e desafios na construção de redes afetivas e apoio psicossocial. Conclui-se que o PVC promoveu efetivamente ganhos individuais importantes aos beneficiários, contribuindo com a inserção social no cotidiano das cidades, revelando-se como importante dispositivo no caminho de construção de cidadania e de aumento do poder contratual no contexto da Reforma Psiquiátrica brasileira.
Resumo As críticas ao modelo manicomial fazem frente não só à existência do hospital psiquiátrico como também, no caso da desinstitucionalização, às estruturas e lugares de poder que corroboram a desimplicação na vida e na própria dignidade do sujeito. Nesse sentido, estudos sobre os desafios do cuidado em liberdade e a produção de conhecimento advinda desse cenário se fazem indeclináveis. O artigo esmiúça a utilização de narrativas em uma pesquisa nacional multicêntrica sobre a repercussão do Programa de Volta para Casa na vida daqueles que são beneficiários há cerca de 15 anos. A partir do marco teórico-prático escolhido, a desinstitucionalização, e do próprio perfil dos pesquisados - pessoas que sofreram anos de internação -, evidenciou-se o desafio do encontro entre beneficiário e pesquisador na produção das narrativas. Realçar as contradições no próprio percurso de pesquisa trouxe sínteses de análise e intervenções para a escrita e construção dos dados. Foi possível observar que a sustentação dessa relação traz o reconhecimento de si e de um outro na autoria da vida em composição com o tecido social e coloca a importância de um questionamento do lugar de poder do pesquisador concomitante à escolha de um instrumental metodológico dentro do campo.
