Information technology that is growing rapidly becomes a very high threat to information systems. PT. YoY Management Internasional which will manage the location-based smart tourism application so that it is necessary to protect company information, in order to avoid interference and threats that can harm the company. In this study, an analysis of information technology (IT) governance was carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework, by aligning the company's strategies and goals into existing processes in COBIT 2019 which were then mapped into ISO 27001 for information security management. The purpose of this research is to manage information security using the COBIT 2019 framework and the ISO 27001:2013 standard. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained in this study are in the form of several recommendations for policies in managing information security in smart tourism applications in accordance with the COBIT 2019 and ISO 27001:2013 standards.
Increasing the number of vehicles, especially cars, raises some quite complicated problems. One of them is parking availability. Searching for empty parking slots is often be problematic related to time efficiency issues. In this paper, we proposed the detection of parking slots using GLCM and similarity measure. There are four main step that using in this paper. The first step is getROI, then feature extraction using GLCM method. For the classification step, similarity measure with Euclidean distance is used and the last step we calculate the accuracy. Detection of parking slots using gray level co-occurrence matrices and similarity measure is pretty good, marked by an average accuracy rate that is above 95% in all three datasets with different weather.
Deteksi wajah (face detection) adalah salah satu tahap awal yang sangat penting di dalam proses pengenalan wajah (face recognition). Deteksi wajah dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian data wajah dari citra atau video yang berisi wajah yang berbagai ukuran, posisi dan latar belakang. Pengenalan wajah merupakan suatu kemampuan yang digunakan oleh manusia dalam biometrik untuk membedakan manusia yang satu dengan lainnya. Seiring dengan semakin canggihnya teknologi saat ini, pengenalan wajahpun bisa dilakukan oleh sebuah sistem dengan artifical intelligence yang terhubung. Kemampuan untuk mengenal wajah tersebut memiliki kecerdasan buatan kemudian diimplementasikan dalam sebuah perangkat dengan platform android sehingga memiliki kemampuan sama seperti manusia. Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) adalah teknik baru dari metode Local Binary Pattern (LBP) untuk mengubah peforma hasil pengenalan wajah. LBP adalah deskriptor tekstur yang dapat juga digunakan untuk mewakili wajah, karena gambar wajah dapat dilihat sebagai sebuah komposisi micro-texture-pattern yaitu suatu operator non parametrik yang menggambarkan tata ruang lokal citra.
The availability of information related to disasters is one of the efforts so that the public better understands the actions that must be taken to minimize the risks that occur. However, the availability of this information, especially in the Majene Regency area, is currently still quite minimal. In fact, Majene is one of the areas with a fairly high Disaster Risk Index. This activity embraces the Voluntary Corps (KSR) PMI Majene Headquarters Unit as a partner considering that KSR is one of the organizations engaged in the humanitarian field and actively participates in disaster management. The activities carried out include the use of a disaster education information system by providing training to KSR members in managing the system and creating disaster education content. The results of the activities obtained show an increase in the ability of KSR members in terms of management and content creation using Canva and hopes that the disaster education information system that has been built can continue to be used for the dissemination of disaster information.
