ABSTRAKArtikel ini merupakan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat di Desa Aluh-Aluh Besar Kecamatan Aluh-Aluh Kabupaten Banjar dalam mencegah penyakit hipertensi. Berdasarkan hasil diagnosa komunitas, masih banyak didapatkan masyarakat yang terkena hipertensi. Selain itu, berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh menunjukan masih rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini adalah 1) perencanaan dan persiapan berupa perizinan, membuat whatsapp grup serta mengundang masyarakat sasaran. Selanjutnya tim menyusun kuesioner pre-post test, membuat materi dan media penyuluhan, 2) pelaksanaan dan proses berupa penyajian materi dan penutupan, 3) monitoring dan evaluasi, monitoring dari program ini adalah dengan selalu mem-booster pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat, evaluasi dari program ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap masyrakat. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai penyakit hipertensi dari sebelum 76,9% dan setelah mendapatkan materi menjadi 100% dan terjadi peningkatan sikap dari sebelum 92,3% dan setelah mendapatkan materi menjadi 100%. ABSTRACTThis article is a community service that aims to improve the knowledge and attitudes of the community in Aluh-Aluh Besar Village, Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency in preventing hypertension. Based on the results of community diagnosis, there are still many people affected by hypertension. It was, based on the information obtained, public knowledge about hypertension was still low. The methods used in this outreach are 1) planning and preparation in the form of licensing, creating whatsapp groups and inviting target communities. Furthermore, the team compiled a pre-post test questionnaire, made counseling materials and media, 2) implementation and process in the form of material presentation and closure, 3) monitoring and evaluation, monitoring of this program is to always increase community knowledge and attitudes, evaluation of this program can seen from the increase in knowledge and attitudes of the community. The results of counseling increased knowledge about hypertension before 76.9% and after the material became 100% and the attitude increased from before 92.3% and after getting the material to 100%. ABSTRAKKekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) pada remaja putri/wanita adalah suatu kondisi di mana remaja putri/wanita mengalami kekurangan gizi (kalori dan protein) yang berlangsung lama atau menahun. Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018 angka kejadian KEK pada remaja putri sebesar 33,5 %. Data Riskesdas Kalimantan Selatan angka KEK paling banyak pada kategori usia remaja (15-19 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 41,24% pada wanita hamil dan 38,27% pada wanita yang tidak hamil. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan terdapat 58,3 % remaja di Kecamatan Aluh-aluh mengalami KEK. Mitra sasaran kegiatan PKM adalah siswi SMAN 1 Aluh-aluh. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan diskusi dengan mitra, ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yaitu mereka tidak pernah melakukan pemantauan status gizi dan rendahnya pengetahuan terhadap makanan dengan gizi seimbang. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah dengan memberikan edukasi remaja sadar gizi secara daring dengan cara diskusi menggunakan media ebooklet tentang gizi seimbang dan KEK. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswi SMAN 1 Aluh-aluh tentang gizi seimbang dan KEK. Sebanyak 62 % meningkat, 20% menurun dan 18% tetap. Rekomendasi kepada pihak sekolah adalah melaksanakan kegiatan edukasi tentang gizi seimbang dan KEK secara berkala untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja dan dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam rangka mencegah terjadi KEK. ABSTRACTChronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in adolescent girls/women are young women/women who experience malnutrition (calories and protein) that lasts for a long time or are chronic. Based on the results of the 2018 Riskesdas, the incidence of CED in adolescent girls is 33.5%. Data from Riskesdas South Kalimantan has the highest number of CED in the category of adolescents (15-19 years) as many as 41.24% in pregnant women and 38.27% in women who are not pregnant. Based on the preliminary survey, there were 58.3% of adolescents in Aluh-aluh District experienced CED. The target partners of PKM activities are students of SMAN 1 Aluh-aluh. Based on the survey results and discussions with partners, there are several problems faced by partners, namely they have never monitored their nutritional status and have low knowledge of balanced nutrition. The method of implementing the service is to provide nutrition-aware youth education online by means of discussions using ebooklet media about balanced nutrition and CED and online quizzes about balanced nutrition. Based on the results of the evaluation, there was an increase in the knowledge of SMAN 1 Aluh-aluh students about balanced nutrition and CED. A total of 62% increased, 20% decreased and 18% remained. Recommendations to the school are to carry out educational activities about balanced nutrition and CED on a regular basis to increase adolescent knowledge and be able to apply it in order to prevent CED from occurring. Pada masa pandemi ini memberikan dampak yang cukup besar baik dari segi ekonomi maupun kesehatan. Di tengah kepanikan masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, usaha pembuatan tumbuhan obat-obatan menjadi jamu merupakan alternatif solusi. Sebagai upaya preventif, masyarakat banyak mengonsumsi jamu dan minuman kesehatan sehingga bisnis empon-empon atau ramuan rempah menjadi pilihan yang menguntungkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melatih ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk dapat membuat minuman herbal dari jahe dan memasarkannya secara online. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah pihak penyelenggara merekrut ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 16 orang yang bersedia terlibat dalam program ini, diberikan pelatihan secara online memproduksi olahan jahe dan mampu melakukan pemasaran secara online. Penyelenggara melakukan evaluasi pengetahuan dan skill peserta dalam hal pengolahan jahe dan bagaimana melakukan pemasaran online. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan jahe dan pemasaran online sesudah dilakukan pelatihan secara online Observasi keterampilan peserta baik karena semua dapat mengolah produk jahe.
Antenatal Care is a periodic health service during pregnancy of mothers organized by health professionals such as obstetricians, midwives, general practitioners, midwives and nurses to pregnant women and the fetus they have to ensure that pregnant women can be running pregnancy, parturition, puerperium well and survived and have healthy baby. The coverage of ANC K4 in Teluk Dalam Public Health Services has been decreasing percentage from 2015 by 96% to 85% in 2016. This study aims to know and analyze the relationship of mother's age, education, parity, knowledge, pregnant mother's class visit and husband support with Antenatal Care (ANC) K4 in working area in Banjarmasin Teluk Dalam Public Health Service in 2017. This research is an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The sample amount is 84 respondents by purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Data were analyzed using univariate statistic and bivariate of Che Square test with alternative test of Fisher Exact test using computer program with significance value ( ) 0,05. The result of this research stated that respondents who do Antenatal Care according to minimum standard (ANC K4) is 53,6% while those who do not conduct Antenatal Care according to minimum standard (ANC) K4 equal to 46,4%. Variables that were statistically significantly related to ANC K4 (p-value ≤ 0.05) were age, knowledge, maternal class visits and husband support. People in Sungai Kitano still utilize that culture, include traditional medicine for postpartum women. This study aimed to know about desciption of behaviour in using traditional medicine among post partum women at Sungai Kitano Village. The study aimed to determine the behavior of traditional medicine use for postpartum women in the Sungai Kitano Village By using descriptive type of research, the sample in this study were women who were postpartum and who had postpartum not more than 3 years and lived in the Sungai Kitano Village. Sample are 48 peoples, using total population. Postpartum women who use traditional medicine during the puerperal period as much as (95.83%), types of traditional medicine that are widely used: herbal medicine 37 people (77.08%), a rajangan form of traditional medicine that is widely used: 28 people (58, 33%), the most widely used by drinking 31 people (64.58%), the most reason for using traditional medicine because of the customs / habits of their parents are 28 people (62.5%),who feels the benefit are 46 people (95.83%),and who has no side effects: 42 people (86.95%).
