Objetivou-se avaliar a degradabilidade in vitro da matéria seca (DIVMS) e da fibra em detergente neutro (DIVFDN) do bagaço de cana com uréia e enzimas fibrolíticas exógenas. O bagaço de origem não industrial, foi submetido a dois níveis de uréia (0 e 7%) e três níveis de enzimas fibrolíticas (0; 0,5 e 1%) na base seca. Amostras de 0,5 g dos bagaços foram incubadas por períodos de 0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 48, 72 e 96 h. Para DIVMS, verificou-se interação (P<0,05) entre uréia e enzimas fibrolíticas para tempo de colonização (TC). Para o bagaço sem adição de uréia, a adição de enzimas não alterou este parâmetro. Porém, nos bagaços que receberam uréia foram encontrados maiores TC (P<0,05) para o bagaço com 0,5% de enzimas em relação ao bagaço que não recebeu enzimas e com 1% de enzimas. A fração solúvel "a", coeficiente "c", e degradabilidade efetiva (DE) a taxas de passagem de 2, 5 e 8% decresceram (P<0,05), enquanto que a fração potencialmente degradável "b" e degradabilidade potencial (DP) não sofreram alteração com o uso da uréia. A adição de enzimas nas doses de 0,5 e 1% elevou a DE. Conclui-se que a adição de uréia reduz a fração solúvel "a", coeficiente "c" e DE da MS no bagaço obtido de forma artesanal na fabricação de aguardentes. A adição de enzimas na dose de 0,5 e 1% eleva a DE da MS. O uso de uréia e enzimas no bagaço com teores mais elevados de carboidratos não fibrosos, do que os de origem industrial, aumenta o TC da MS e não altera os parâmetros de degradação e degradabilidade da FDN.
