As pirâmides e cones de aprendizagem são recursos costumeiramente utilizados no meio escolar para defender que as práticas pedagógicas que favorecem a participação mais ativa dos alunos são as mais eficientes. Na maioria das vezes, essas pirâmides e cones são associadas aos estudos de William Glasser e Edgar Dale. Esses pesquisadores, contudo, não criaram uma hierarquia de estratégias mais eficientes, muito menos associaram tais estratégias a porcentagem de sucesso ou insucesso na aprendizagem. Em algum momento essa associação foi realizada e transformou-se, com o tempo, em argumento de autoridade. Tendo em vista essa realidade, o objetivo desse artigo é discutir os usos desses sólidos da aprendizagem, tidos, muitas vezes, como referências para praticas pedagógicas de sucesso.

ResumoAs estratégias utilizadas pelos professores, em sala de aula, podem colaborar para a qualidade do ensino ofertado. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa buscou entender quais estratégias os professores de uma escola pública, localizada no município de Londrina, Paraná, consideram mais eficazes e a frequência com que as praticam. Para isso, tais professores responderam a um instrumento de pesquisa, no qual deveriam se posicionar quanto a sua prática em sala de aula. O diferencial desse estudo, contudo, está no fato de que tanto a confecção do instrumento de pesquisa, como sua aplicação e análise, foram realizadas por alunos de um projeto de Iniciação Científica Júnior, matriculados na mesma escola, em que lecionam os professores participantes. Trata-se, portanto, de dois projetos que correram simultaneamente: um projeto de pesquisa e um projeto de extensão. Quanto à participação dos alunos no projeto, houve significativa evasão. Dos catorze que iniciaram, apenas três concluíram as atividades. Acredita-se que essa evasão tenha relação com a necessidade de leituras e discussões teóricas, em um cenário em que os alunos acreditam que a pesquisa se baseia, novamente, em atividades práticas e, portanto, mais dinâmicas. Quanto aos dados coletados no instrumento de pesquisa, pode-se perceber que existe um otimismo dos professores em relação às estratégias empregadas em sala de aula.

RESUMOEste estudo investiga o comportamento literário de adolescentes que buscam literatura por opção própria, ou seja, além daquela exigida pela escola. Analisando questionários respondidos por 92 alunos, com idade entre 10 e 17 anos, na cidade de Londrina, Paraná, buscamos traçar um perfil dos leitores voluntários, assim como observar diferenças entre os interesses de leitura dos jovens e os interesses de ensino do currículo escolar. A partir dessas constatações, finalizamos nosso estudo trazendo algumas considerações práticas sobre como mediar harmoniosamente o conflito entre essas diferenças de interesses, tomando como ponto de partida o trabalho de Jobim (2009), entre outros. Destacamos que as considerações apresentadas podem aplicar-se a outros contextos dentro e fora do Brasil.Palavras-chave: adolescentes; leitura literária; conflito de interesses.
ABSTRACTThis study investigates the literary behavior of teenagers who seek literature by choice, that is beyond the readings required by school. By analyzing questionnaires answered by 92 students with ages ranging from 10 to 17, in the city of Londrina, Paraná, we established a profile of the volunteer readers.
