Objetivo: Descrever as barreiras e ações frente à promoção da saúde do homem na atenção primária, a partir das evidências científicas no periodo entre 2017 a 2022. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa do tipo qualitativa. A busca por artigos científicos ocorreu nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), SciELO e Portal de Periódico da CAPES. Os artigos da amostra final obedeceram aos critérios pré-estabelecidos, possibilitando a criação de duas categorias. Resultados: Dentre os artigos amostrais (10), apontou-se a existência de barreiras, em destaque as culturais, socioeconômicas, educacionais e burocráticas que dificultam a inclusão do homem no sistema de saúde público brasileiro. Ademais, estudos destacama importância das ações educativas como estratégias de comunicação com os usuários homens, para que sensibilizem e busquemos serviços ofertados na rede primáriade saúde. Todavia, requer do profissional de saúde, o enfermeiro, uma atuação holística e sistemática. Considerações finais: Nota-se que os enfermeiros são profissionais capacitados e habilitados para práticas que promovam o apoio e orientação a essa população, porém as barreiras na assistência integral à saúde do homem reforçam a necessidade de reformulações nas políticas públicas.
O objetivo foi descrever os impactos da pandemia da Covid-19 na saúde mental dos profissionais de enfermagem, a partir da literatura científica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa de natureza descritiva, exploratória e qualitativa. A busca se deu a partir das bases de dados, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde do Ministério da Saúde (BVS), Literatura Latino-americana do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Scientific Eletronic Libray Online(Scielo). A amostra final compôe-se por oito artigos que atendem aos critérios estabelecidos, entre os anos de 2020 e 2022, por meio de descritores e operadores boleanos. Observou-se que os impactos mentais como, ansiedade, depressão, estresse ocupacional e burnout foram frequentemente apontados nos estudos, mediante a sensação de sobrecarga, afastamento do convívio social e atuação em ambientes insalubres com falta de equipamentos e treinamentos efetivos durante a assistência na pandemia. Tal fato demonstra que asaúde mental dos profissionais de enfermagem foi impactada negativamente e de maneiras diversas pela pandemia de Covid-19. Conclui-se a urgência no desenvolvimento e melhorias nas estratégias que minimizem o desgaste emocional dos enfermeiros, mesmo em tempos não pandêmicos.
O presente estudo objetivou em analisar o papel do acompanhante diante do processo de humanização do parto e identificar os fatores que dificultam sua presença. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória de caráter qualitativo. A amostra foi composta 14 usuárias de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde selecionadas por conveniência que tiveram filhos no município de Aracaju. Para a coleta dos dados foi realizada uma entrevista através de questionário semiestruturado. Evidenciou-se que 87,7% das entrevistadas gostariam de ter a presença do acompanhante, contudo, a maioria (58,3%) não teve o direito assegurado. Intervenções feitas objetivando acalmar a parturiente são medidas que possibilitam calmaria e segurança, tornando o momento do parto mais brando e especial, podem ser citadas entre estas medidas: o dialogo efetivado pelo acompanhante, terapia medicamentosa para aliviar os sintomas, utilização da bola suíça como técnica para minimizar a tensão, diminuir a ansiedade e descomodidade das mulheres que estão em trabalho de parto. Compreende-se que uma Lei que assegure esse direito não é o suficiente para que sua prática seja concretizada, havendo a necessidade da conscientização da população, dos profissionais e gestores.
