Objetivo: identificar a vulnerabilidade programática às Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis/aids na Atenção Primária à Saúde.Método: estudo descritivo, realizado no ano de 2018, em 52 Unidades Básicas de Saúde de um município do nordeste brasileiro. Aplicou-se um Questionário com o responsável técnico da unidade, identificando os marcadores de vulnerabilidade, que foram analisados por meio da estatística descritiva e à luz da sociologia do Poder Simbóilco de Bourdieu.Resultados: destacaram-se com média vulnerabilidade programática as unidades com relação à infraestrutura (55,3%), ações de prevenção (67,8%) e tratamento (60,4%). E com baixa vulnerabilidade as unidades com relação às ações de pré-natal e puerpério em relação à atenção às IST/aids (93,2%) e a integração das ações (61,5%).Conclusão: apesar da potencialidade dos marcadores do pré-natal e puerpério e da integração de ações, as fragilidades em maior frequência indicam que a Atenção Primária à Saúde ainda é permeada por violência simbólica na assistência às IST/aids.
Objetivo: identificar os elementos da vulnerabilidade de adultos com deficiência motora após lesão neurológica. Método: revisão integrativa, com busca em agosto de 2020 nas bases MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF, SciELO e PubMed. A síntese e interpretação dos resultados incidiu à luz da Teoria das Transições de Meleis e do conceito de vulnerabilidade de Ayres. Resultados: selecionou-se 77 artigos, com predomínio de artigos publicados no ano de 2014, realizados no Brasil, com amostra de pessoas com lesão medular, com nível de evidência VI, derivados do portal PubMed e publicados na língua inglesa. Houve predomínio de elementos na dimensão Pessoal/Individual, com maior frequência referente à condição física. Conclusão: Identificou-se elementos facilitadoras e inibidoras de vulnerabilidade na dimensão Pessoal/Individual, Sociedade/Social e Comunidade/Programática.
Resumo Objetivo: Construir e validar um vídeo educativo em Libras para educação em saúde de surdos acerca da Aids e suas formas de transmissão. Métodos: Estudo de desenvolvimento metodológico, com referencial psicométrico, desenvolvido em uma escola de audiocomunicação. Participaram cinco juízes e 18 pessoas surdas. Na coleta dos dados utilizou-se escala Likert e, na análise, o Alfa de Cronbach e o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC). Resultados: O vídeo educativo “Comunicação em Libras: aprendendo sobre a Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida (Aids), tem duração de 20 minutos. O roteiro do vídeo foi dividido em três blocos e respectivos itens: Bloco A - Aids, formas de transmissão, sinais e sintomas, diagnóstico, tratamento, prevenção; Bloco B - Tipos de preservativos. Bloco C - Aids, um problema de saúde pública. Obteve-se entre os juízes IVC médio de 0,96 para os itens e de 0,90 para os critérios psicométricos de avaliação geral. Entre os surdos obteve-se IVC médio de 0,87. O Alpha de Cronbach Total para os juízes foi 0,989 e, para os surdos 0,634. Conclusão: O vídeo educativo apresenta evidências de validade e representatividade para ser utilizado na assistência e nos processos de educação em saúde do público-alvo.
