The research about effect of Nitrogen fertilizer and stress water on the growth and artemisinin content of Artemisia vulgaris L. has been conducted from December 2015 to March 2016 in Screen House and Plant Physiology Laboratory, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Andalas University, Padang. The purpose of this research were to the effect of Nitrogen fertilizer, stress water, and their interaction between on the growth and artemisinin content of A. vulgaris. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in factorial with four treatments ad three replications. The result showed that the number of leaves, plant height, length of roots, fresh weight, dry weight and of Artemisia vulgaris L. were increased significantly on N fertilizer treatments. The treatment of stress water 60% of volume capacity gave significantly effect on numbers of leaves and the highest content of Artemisinin was 80% volume capacity. The interaction of N fertilizer and stress water did not showed significantly effect on the growth and artemisinin content of Artemisia vulgaris L.
Oranges with low grade categories have a low price, so one of the utilization efforts is combine with milk into orange milk products.. Orange milk, extracted from orange of siam cultivar and added with milk, was pasteurized using a pulsed electric field (PEF) method. The aim of this research was to analyze the changes on nutritional, physical and chemical properties and total microbes from orange milk after pasteurization. The research was conducted from July until September 2021 located in Jember. The PEF treatment was carried out using treatment time variation for 5 minutes (1 cycle), 10 minutes (2 cycles) and 15 minutes (3 cycles). Several parameters of Vitamin C, pH, dissolved solid and total microbes were observed. The result showed that PEF treatment did not significantly change nutritional (vitamin C), physical (dissolved solid), and chemical properties (pH), but total microbes very significantly change after pasteurization with PEF in compared with no treatment pasteurization. The best treatment was found in the variation of 15 minutes (3 cycles) with degradation microbial killing effectiveness reached 94.58%.
Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts. Community Health Centers known as Puskesmas are First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) which are responsible for public health in their working areas in one or part of the sub-district area. In the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 75 of 2014 concerning Community Health Centers it is stated that the Puskesmas has the function of organizing the first level of Community Health Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP). The lack of public understanding of the role of the puskesmas causes a conflict on the status of the community's health status. the inhibiting factor for community health center services is the lack of education and health information for the community on healthy lifestyles, the results of mini workshops that are not published to the surrounding community. public health. The method used is a lecture by providing counseling about the role of Puskesmas for the community to improve health status and be free from various health problems that often occur in the community. The target achieved in community service is to increase public knowledge about the function of the puskesmas which will later change people's attitudes in making changes in health status.
Hepatitis B is a disease transmitted vertically from mother to baby, immunization with HB-0 immediately after birth is one of prevention of transmission. Indonesia the third larges after China and India. Survey results in the Village of Bonda Kasemany there were to Indonesia many barriers and obstacles encountered in the implementation of Hepatitis B-0 immunization infants ≤ 7 days. The purpose of this study was to the precision factor of giving Hepatitis B-0 immunization in the Village of Bonda Kase Natal District. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is all mother who have babies 0-1 years and resides in the Village of Bonda KaseNatal District .In 2018 as many as 271 people. The samples were all mothers have babies 0-1 years, have recorded the statements KMS midwife and resides in the Village of Bonda KaseNatal District as many as 103 people. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analyzed through the stages of univariate, bivariate use test chi-square, and multivariate logistic regression using multiple statistical tests at 95% significance level. The results of the bivariate analysis suggests that predisposing factors (work and knowledge), supporting factors (birth attendant and birth place) and the drivers (support of husband/ family) regarding the accuracy awarding the work of HB-0 (p=0.001;RP=6, 20; 95% CI=3.75-10.26), knowledge(p=0.013; RP=0.85; 95% CI=0.75-0.97), birth attendant(p=0.001;RP=3,63; 95% CI=2.06-6.40), where deliveries (p=0.001;RP=2.61; 95% CI=1.56-4.36), and the support of husband/family(p=0.001;RP=0.38; 95% CI=0.31-0.47). It is suggested that a working mother and gave birth athomeas soon as possible in order to provide immunizations HB-0 to a baby with a baby to the nearest health facility when the baby is0-7 day sold.
