The title compound, C14H13N5, crystallizes with two crystallographically independent molecules in the unit cell. The two molecules form dimers through intermolecular N—H⋯N and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen-bonding motifs are R

2(8) for both the N—H⋯N and C—H⋯N interactions. The pyrazole and pyrimidine rings form dihedral angles of 6.2 (3) and 8.3 (3)° with each other and the dihedral angles between the pyrazole and benzene rings are 54.9 (2) and 58.6 (2)°. The benzene rings of neighbouring dimers also exhibit C—H⋯π interactions.
AbstractThe following work shows the conceptual map as an evaluation tool. In this study, an opening text was used as a previous organizer, with a theme related to the students' daily lives. The developed activity consisted in elaborating conceptual maps before and after the experimental works. The evaluation was applied to 21 students of the 1 st grade and 22 of the 3 rd grade of High School. The elaborated maps were scored according to hierarchy, propositions, linking words, cross linking and examples. The classification of the maps elaborated before and after the experimental activity, was obtained having as a parameter, a referential conceptual map. In this classification many differences were observed between the first and second maps of both grades and among the groups. The elaboration of conceptual maps showed great potential as evaluation resources.
AbstractThe present work was developed with the objective of associating the teaching of some concepts of chemistry with the daily routine of High School students. The chosen subject was "detergents" because this product has taken part in the daily lives of people for some years now. Due to the presence of a tensor active agent, phosphates and other substances in their composition, these products have caused some damage to the environment. Starting by the motivating topic "detergents" and with the building of a conceptual map, it was possible to cover the concepts of hydrogen bonds, surface tension, van der Waals bonds, solubility and also the question of biodegradability of chemical products in the environment.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
