O objetivo do trabalho presente foi avaliar a aplicação do inoculante Bradyrhizobium Japonicum e suas decorrências sobre a nodulação da soja, com intuito de mostra na prática a eficiência que este método trás, comprovando em resultados positivos, desde que bem manejados. Este trabalho trouxe como propósito mostrar a viabilidade da aplicação de inoculantes na cultura da soja manualmente através de um experimento comparativo, em solos não cultivados com soja. Conduziram-se dois experimentos distintos em vasos a partir de março de 2022 em Latossolo Vermelho, com os mesmos métodos e com tratamentos diferentes. Foram testados 10 tratamentos: (t1) inoculados e 10 tratamentos: (t2) testemunha. Foram avaliados comprimento da parte aérea (CM), comprimento da raiz (CM), número de folhas (UN), peso da planta (G), peso da raiz (G). As melhores nodulações foram obtidas com aplicação do inoculante. Menores valores de resultados foram obtidos nos tratamentos testemunha.
