A sociedade brasileira nas últimas décadas foi perpassada por graves problemas sobre a segurança pública e a questão das cidades urbanas, designando novas complicações sobre violência, insegurança e criminalidade na vida cotidiana do povo brasileiro, surgindo a partir da década de 1980 e 1990, as denominadas organizações criminosas, facções oriundas das atividades ilegais e do sistema prisional, em especial, a organização Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). Desta forma, o objetivo deste artigo é investigar a construção do surgimento do PCC, averiguando sua origem e seus elementos complexos das atuações políticas, econômicas, simbólicas, culturais, sociais e institucionais. O intuito é compreender esse primeiro momento de criação da facção, indo além da visão estereotipada e opaca. Foi utilizado o método qualitativo, através de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as principais referências teóricas e especialistas sobre o objeto de pesquisa. O Primeiro Comando da Capital, surgido em 1993 em uma cadeia no interior do estado de São Paulo, é atualmente, a maior facção do Brasil, estando presente em todo território nacional e também em regiões da América Latina, tornando-se um objeto complexo e místico na opinião pública, nos discursos governamentais e no âmbito acadêmico.
Os usuários de crack, comumente conhecido por “Nóias”, circulam em um local itinerante no centro de São Paulo/Brasil, chamado de “Cracolândia”. Rejeitados pelos seus familiares, e incompreendidos pelo Estado e assistentes sociais, os Nóias são excluídos da sociedade não-drogada, que os considera sujos e anormais. Contraposto a esse ideal que é definido como “padrão molar” por Deleuze e Guattari, propomos que o Nóia constitui-se como um devir resistente, e, mais precisamente, a mulher usuária de crack é ainda mais potente em sua resistência. Assim, elas viveriam no limiar entre dependência (sendo quimicamente dependentes da droga), confinamento (em relação aos seus próprios corpos e sociedade), e resistência (formando uma contra conduta ao padrão molar). A partir de uma análise do discurso com revisão documental e bibliográfica, analisamos essas existências, em busca do devir-nóia que emerge das usuárias.
