Os avanços de técnicas anestésicas vêm crescendo cada dia mais na Medicina Veterinária, métodos que promovem menos risco de intoxicação anestésicas e vários outros benefícios como: diminuição de inflamação no pós-cirúrgico, redução de estresse cirúrgico e recuperação precoce. Dentre as anestesias multimodais temos técnicas de bloqueio regional que possibilitam a melhor analgesia de um membro específico, dando mais segurança ao cirurgião e ao paciente em procedimentos mais invasivos. Este trabalho visou relatar o Bloqueio do plexo braquial em um paciente canino, macho, da raça Spitz Alemão atendido no hospital Anclivepa-SP, onde seria submetido a uma osteossíntese de rádio e ulna do membro torácico direito, foi utilizado a indução anestésica com Propofol intravenoso 5 mg/kg, posteriormente realizada as técnicas de palpação para localização dos nervos, utilização de neuro estimulador e o anestésico local bupivacaína 0,5% (2 mg/kg), sucedendo as frequências respiratórias, cardíacas e pressão arterial estáveis, revelando uma técnica bem-sucedida, concluindo-se que tal técnica com manejo adequado forneceu 100% de analgesia ao animal, trazendo consigo um maior bem estar ao paciente durante e pós procedimento.
