The purpose of this paper is to explain marketing strategies, operational strategies, and human capital strategies to achieve company goals. The marketing strategy used uses the 7P marketing mix (Product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence) to achieve market penetration and segmentation. Operational strategy on build and develop technology and applications, add branches and increase operational fleet. Providing regular training, development and awarding is a strategy applied in human capital to achieve company goals.

The high number of motorized vehicle users reflects the very dense activity of the community, increasing the need for facilities that can simplify and cut time for servicing motorized vehicles that are supported by existing information systems. The potential need for motorcycle service and the development of information systems is the background for Carimontir to create technology based on motor vehicle service applications. With this application, it can make it easier for motorized vehicle owners to carry out vehicle services more quickly and practically anytime and anywhere, while for partners, it will be easier to reach potential consumers. In Carimontir'themarketing plan ofCarimechanirbegins with determining the segmenting and targeting of potential partners and customers by determining the company's positioning. Carimechanir's marketing mix uses the 4P method, namely Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. The company also prepares sales marketing and sales marketing budgets, then determines revenue stream scenarios and assumptions including preparing revenue stream projections.
Background – Health facilities and hospitals are government facilities in serving the community in the health sector, BPJS is one of the media used by the government in carrying out these services. PT. Zaps Teknologi is a company engaged in technology and information with the product of Dokter Tunggu (DOKU). This application was created to improve BPJS services in Hospitals and Health Facilities. The application has innovations in BPJS services where this application has features that are able to accommodate BPJS services. Online referrals, real time conditions from the Referral Hospital are some of the features embedded in this application, besides that in the next few years PT. Zaps Teknologi will improve services by adding features to this application. The addition of features requires detailed financial analysis and precise investment calculations Method - Investment analysis using NPV, ROI, PP and IRR. Research conducted by PT Sangyo Jaya Abadi (PT SJA) has short-term goals: (1) to maintain customers of PT Kuroshio Jaya Abadi and increase publicity by participating in events/exhibitions at least every two years which are participated by many companies engaged in the automotive industry and oil & gas and other industries (2) to prepare raw materials and manpower for parts production according to customer requests (3) to obtain human resources with high competence and integrity. The long-term goals are (1) to increase the utilization of the premise by studying the development of subsidiaries in the field of machining precision (2) to develop the manufacture of Mold & Dies (3) to create a corporate culture that refers to innovation, creativity and continuous learning. This research uses qualitative spradley to describe the cultural characteristics more deeply in a systematic way that will have an impact on decision making by PT Sangyo Jaya Abadi. Target options that can be considered by PT Sangyo Jaya Abadi, reach all customer holding companies (PT Kuroshio Jaya Abadi) and get a name in the customer; addition of CNC machines with more modern and latest technology (5-Axis CNC machining); make purchases of raw materials needed for the manufacture of parts & other tools in accordance with the maximum stock quantity and forecast demand; cooperate with technology providers to produce Mold & Dies; manpower planning on understanding the technology of each line of the company reached 75%; and training and development programs in manufacturing technology, conducted every 6 months, especially for modern CNC machines (5-Axis CNC machining).
Finite element method modeling for flexible coupling of gas turbine compressor package installed in one of PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) facility has been completed. The model delivered result which is in acceptable level of accuracy as compared to manufacturer operating guideline as well as follows in general to guidance of API 671 widely used as industrial code and standard for coupling. The scope of modeling is including the static and dynamic analysis for both perfectly aligned (used as base reference) and for misaligned condition. The scope covers as well the cyclic stresses which in turns determining the disc pack life time. The major challenge on the modeling is mainly to vary the degree of misalignment and how to distribute the additional load to the flexible part of the coupling causing deformation of disc pack. The static analysis modeling reveals that the stresses are still below the yield point when aligned perfectly even in high vibration situation, but when it reaches up to 0.1 degree of misalignment with maximum torque the Von-Misses stress has exceeded the yield. The dynamic analysis shows that for similar 0.1 degree the fatigue factor of safety also has exceeded API 671 requirement. Following the actual coupling failure events, the model has successfully indicated the location of highest stress correlated to crack initiation as compared to actual cracks found in existing discs specimen. The model has been validated as well with the result of material analysis of the damaged flexible discs showing that the failure occurred due to over misalignment. In addition to manufacturer manual description, the model is capable to recommend maximum angular misalignment that need to be monitored during compressor operation and provide basis to calculate safety factor to comply API 671 guideline. As oil and gas exploration and production company which focus on possible highest energy efficiency of its operating platforms — which all is located offshore, the work leads a way in integrity management of turbo-machinery equipment in order to maximize running time and minimize production shutdown.
