Within the framework of Hubbard's model in Huckel's approximation the single-partial states of strongly correlated electrons of carbon nanotubes have been investigated. Single-electronic wave functions which are looking like solitons have been constructed, and the scattering of coherent and incoherent light on the states has been investigated. The light scattering cross-section on carbon nanotubes has been calculated. The temperature dependences for energy width of quasi-elastic component and integrated intensity have been found. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
