Исследована кавитационная износостойкость нержавеющей стали 08Х14НДЛ, бронзы БрА8Мц11Ж3Н2Л и латуни ЛЦ40Мц3Ж в пресной воде и морской воде разных составов. Опыты проводились на магнитострикционном вибраторе при частоте колебаний концентратора около 22 кГц; амплитуду колебаний его торца можно было варьировать от 12 до 27 мкм, расстояние между торцом концентратора и поверхностью образцов равнялась 0,5 мм. Показано, что с увеличением амплитуды колебаний торца концентратора отношение износа в морской воде к износу в пресной воде снижается. На примере латуни продемонстрировано, что в жёстких условиях кавитационного воздействия, которым соответствуют испытания на магнитострикционном вибраторе при амплитуде колебаний равной 27 мкм, кавитационный износ в морской воде может быть существенно ниже, чем в пресной. Указанный парадокс объясняется, по всей видимости, особенностями испытаний на ультразвуковых магнитострикционных вибраторах в сочетании с пластифицирующим действием агрессивной жидкости. Ультразвуковая частота воздействия на поверхность ударных волн увеличивает подвижность дислокаций, а стравливание поверхностных слоёв в морской воде облегчает их разрядку на поверхности: имеет место хемомеханический эффект.Ключевые слова: кавитационное изнашивание, металлический сплав, гребной винт, ультразвуковой магнитострикционный вибратор, морская вода, пресная вода, микротвёрдость, хемомеханический эффект.
ВведениеКавитационное изнашивание -одна из распространённых причин ремонта элементов судовых движительных комплексов: гребных винтов и направляющих насадок [1]. Особенность кавитационного изнашивания гребных винтов (ГВ) в том, что часто оно происходит в морской воде, являющейся сильным электролитом, поэтому наряду с кавитационным воздействием металлическая поверхность подвергается электрохимической коррозии. Этим объясняется тот факт, что при проведении лабораторных испытаний сплавов ГВ на кавитационную износостойкость для воспроизведения коррозионного действия используют не пресную, а искусственную морскую воду, состав которой варьируют от простейших водных растворов NaCl разных концентраций до сложных композиций, сравнительно точно воспроизводящих состав морской воды [2, 3].Следует отметить, что в опытах на электрохимическую коррозию вместо морской воды часто используют 3,5% раствор NaCl, который, к примеру, по отношению к углеродистой стали, показал себя в несколько раз более агрессивным, чем морская вода [4].
