This article deals with the problem of the revision of the content and form of the final state examination for the graduates, who are majoring in “Pedagogical Education”. The existing approaches to final tests are normalized, and a new format for the final state examination is determined. A model of an examination task, which is introduced in the present work as a fund assignment, is based on the efficient combination of systemic, activity, and competence-based approaches. Methodological foundations for the assessment of universal fund assignments are determined, which can be implemented for the evaluation of the graduates’ competencies in various disciplines of pedagogical education. The authors come to the conclusion that the combination of fund assignments, their specification, and test variants for the disciplines of the subject training for graduates determine the content of the evaluation tools for conducting the final state exam.
The article discusses the concept of criterion assessment, provides a refined definition of this concept from the standpoint of the competence approach in education. The structural components of the criterion assessment are identified and described, including the concepts of an educational result, an in-dicator and the level of its achievement, an evaluation tool. The article describes the technology of constructing the evaluation object, presented in the form of an educational result obtained by correlating the formulation of competence from the Federal State Educational Standard and labor functions from the Professional Standard of the teacher. It is shown that the formation of an educational result makes it possible to identify indicators of its achieve-ment as criteria for evaluation, which can be different degrees of performance of a specific type of activity or individual actions of the student. The article presents examples of their construction. The mechanism of criteria-based assessment of the competencies of future teachers at the university is described.
The purpose of this study is to build a model of fund tasks aimed at assessing general professional and universal competencies of bachelor's graduates studying in the field of training «Pedagogical education» at the stage of preparation and conduct of the final state exam. Systemic, action-oriented, competency-based and contextual approaches were used as methodological guidelines in the development of fundraising tasks. The authors defined the notions of "fund task", "key actions" and highlighted the types of fund tasks, justified the need to change the form and content of evaluation tools used in the preparation and conduct of the final state exam.
This article presents a structural model of an independent assessment of the educational results of future teachers. The properties, assumptions, and limitations of such a system are highlighted. It is shown that the system of independent evaluation of educational results is a subsystem of the system of higher pedagogical education and should have the properties of objectivity, should be an activity system, be built considering the criterion approach to evaluation, following the principle of cyclicity. The article identifies groups of educational results based on the coordination of competencies and labor actions of a teacher. The form of presentation of evaluation tools is justified. A digital platform was chosen to present the model, the cycles of evaluation of educational results, and the stages of functioning of the model of independent evaluation of educational results, students, and graduates in the field of training “Pedagogical Education” were determined.
