Purpose: The central idea of the paper is to study the influencing factors that shape the customer perception of online food delivery services and develop a conceptual model based on established customer theories and systematic literature review. Design: Secondary data is collected from books and journal papers using search engines such as Google Scholar, Research gate, SSRN, Base, Semantics and Inflibnet. Postulates and affecting factors to customer perception are proposed using the focus group interaction method. Findings: The study identified several determinants for customer usage of online food delivery services such as perceived benefits, prior experience, subjective norms and system quality which are proposed to influence the attitude and perception of the customers. Originality: This paper highlights the various affecting factors influencing the customers’ preference to use online food delivery services. Purpose: The central focus of the study is to study ABCD Analysis Framework for Online Shopping and determine the major affecting factor for Online Shopping. Design: Published scholarly articles were referred to understand the concept. The Focus group interaction method was used to analyze major affecting factors for Online Shopping. Findings: Results of the study found that among four factors, Advantages factor impacts more towards its prosperity. This technique is used by many researchers in different fields for the analysis of their research studies. The result of ABCD analysis supports the concept/ ideas effectiveness of Online Food Delivery Services. Purpose: This study attempts to analyse internal and external factors that favourably lead to increased turnover of Online Food Delivery Services and to offer best strategies that can be implemented based on those indicators, and select the most effective strategy. Design: The study is based on primary and secondary data. Focus group method were employed as primary data source for IFE and EFE analysis followed by TOWS matrix and QSPM analysis and secondary data was obtained by reference to journal papers and books. Findings: The results shows that the company should select the best strategy as improvement in food quality followed by related food diversification. Originality: The impact of sensory aspects on a customer’s perception and conscious or subconscious purchasing choice is highlighted in this study. It also addresses the ethical problems that have been raised concerning neuromarketing. In this study, the benefits, limitations, ethical difficulties, and future potential of neuromarketing are discussed. Value: A neuromarketing study will help the companies compete for market leadership, increase customer base and convert them into loyal consumers. It will help to determine what the customer wants, what services he likes, and how to draw the consumer's attention. Marketers can understand customer behaviour, including how it reacts to a company's advertising, brand, and product quality. Neuro-marketing can help a marketer to increase their turnover.
