Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um relato da experiência de planejamento e desenvolvimento do curso de extensão Recursos Educacionais Abertos para o Ensino de Física. O curso, na modalidade a distância, foi planejado tendo como base a Teoria Social da Aprendizagem de Etienne Wenger. Seu objetivo foi congregar licenciandos de Física colombianos e brasileiros, buscando favorecer o eventual surgimento de uma Comunidade de Prática interessada no desenvolvimento de Práticas Educacionais Abertas no Ensino de Física. Realizado ao longo de doze semanas, com carga horária de 30h, o curso contou com a participação inicial de 40 licenciandos de Física. Destacam-se, nas atividades do curso, a busca e ensaio de solução de situações-problemas da sala de aula de professores de Física, através do trabalho colaborativo em equipes. Todas as atividades conjuntas foram realizadas em ambientes de comunicação e de trabalho colaborativo virtuais e open- source. Após o fim do curso, alguns dos participantes demonstraram interesse na continuidade das ideias e atividades – desenvolvendo um trabalho conjunto até a presente data.
Diante das atuais necessidades educativas brasileiras, é premente que a Formação Continuada de Professores ampare a criação e discussão de práticas docentes de maneira coletiva na interface entre Escola e Universidade. Além das necessárias reflexões teóricas sobre o tema, consideramos que se faz necessário investigar iniciativas implementadas na prática que tenham sido bem-sucedidas. No escopo deste trabalho, estudamos o contexto de criação de ações educativas para a Educação Básica fomentadas pelo esforço conjunto de docentes desse nível de ensino e pesquisadores universitários. Com este intuito, realizamos uma pesquisa educacional de caráter histórico em torno das experiências de interlocução entre Escola e Universidade vividas pelos participantes do Núcleo de Pesquisas em Inovação Curricular (Nupic) da Universidade de São Paulo no período de 2003 a 2013. Com base no referencial teórico da Teoria Social da Aprendizagem de Etienne Wenger, construímos uma narrativa histórica capaz de situar práticas constituídas no grupo, e evidenciar dois modelos de Formação Continuada de Professores, que permitiram distintas relações entre as instituições escolar e universitária. O primeiro modelo foi pautado na cooperação entre professores de Física da Educação Básica e pesquisadores em Ensino de Física, o que favoreceu a sua existência como uma Comunidade de Prática engajada na negociação de conhecimentos entre diferentes profissionais. O segundo, por sua vez, esteve voltado à transmissão de conhecimentos para a formação de professores capazes de difundir os materiais e conhecimentos produzidos pelo grupo. A transição entre esses modelos ocasionou uma atenuação no compromisso comunitário que envolvia docentes e pesquisadores, criando restrições à continuidade da ligação entre Escola e Universidade que promoviam.
Resumo A literatura em Educação em Ciências aponta o potencial das Comunidades de Prática (CoP) em fomentar espaços que articulem Escola e Universidade na Formação Continuada de Professores. Entretanto, as indicações existentes para o cultivo dessas estruturas sociais são incipientes. No presente trabalho, propomos diretrizes para tal fim a partir da articulação de conceitos da Teoria Social da Aprendizagem de Etienne Wenger com resultados de uma pesquisa educacional de caráter histórico realizada com uma CoP voltada para a formação docente. As referidas diretrizes são apresentadas em forma de questões, em dez eixos temáticos, de modo a auxiliar profissionais da Educação no fomento e manutenção de relações comunitárias de aprendizagem.
