Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui melalui media audiovisual yang memadukan kearifan budaya lokal, anak lebih tertarik pada video dongeng atau dongeng yang diceritakan guru di kelas. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil respon aplikasi media video dongeng yang memadukan kearifan budaya lokal. Observasi ke anak kelas dua MI Asy- Syafi'iyah Klampisan Tejo, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Kabupaten Jombang yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Januari 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan cara observasi dan mendeskripsikan hasil kegiatan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menghadirkan dua jenis media, yaitu media audiovisual dan media non visual. Hasil penelitian ini adalah anak-siswi yang berani maju ke depan kelas menyampaikan pesan moral yang terkandung dalam dongeng. Untuk anak seusia mereka sudah cukup bagus mengetahui pesan moral karena pada nantinya mereka menerapkan pesan moral yang sudah mereka tuliskan tadi di kehidupan mereka. Hal ini berdampak positif bagi tumbuh kembang pola pikirnya di masa depan.

AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan struktur sintaksis tuturan masyarakat Manduro di Desa Manduro, Kecamatan Kabuh, Kabupaten Jombang meliputi, fungsi dan kategori sintaksis. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah perangkat Desa Manduro. Sampel diambil dengan purposive sampling yakni dengan tujuan mengambil perangkat masing-masing dusun yang terdapat dalam Desa Manduro. Peneliti merupakan instrumen utama dibantu dengan angket Swadesh Morris. Trianggulasi digunakan sebagai penguji keabsahan data. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis induktif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah fungsi sintaksis terdiri dari subjek, predikat, objek, keterangan dan pelengkap yang berkategori nomina, verba, dan adjektiva serta adverbia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, struktur sintaksis tuturan masyarakat Manduro memiliki keuniversalan dengan struktur sintaksis Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Jawa, hanya struktur yang digunakan bersifat tidak structural. Hal ini dikarenakan kalimat tersebut berupa tuturan yang nonformal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan pendukung perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di SD Manduro melalui peran guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa dengan menggunakan contoh dan komunikasi dengan siswa diluar jam pelajaran dengan bahasa manduro. AbstractResearchers assume that with the publication of the speech is expected to be useful especially for teachers and employees in Manduro Elementary in language development through language transmission. The purpose of this research is to describe the syntactic structure of Manduro public utterance in Manduro Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, covering syntactic functions and categories. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. With the subject of research is the device of Manduro Village. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with the aim of taking the device of each hamlet contained in Manduro Village. The researcher is the main instrument assisted by the Swadesh Morris questionnaire. Triangulation is used as a test of data validity. The researchers used inductive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are syntactic functions consisting of subjects, predicates, objects, descriptions and appendices that categorized nouns, verbs, and adjectives and adverbs. Based on the results of the research, the syntactic structure of public utterance of Manduro has a universality with the syntactic structure of Indonesian and Javanese, only the structures used are not structural. This is because the sentence is a nonformal speech. The results of this study are expected to be used as a supporter of early childhood language development in Manduro Elementary School through the role of teachers in language learning by using examples and communication with students outside the lesson with the manduro language. .

Several previous research studies stated that parents have a big role in implementing learning during a global pandemic, which is well-known with COVID-19. This research aims to review the role and strategies of parents in assisting children to learn during the pandemic. The research method is a literature study by selecting various articles of research results according to the research study. The results of the study indicate that effective learning can be done by recognizing children's learning styles, creating a positive environment, creating various learning methods with teacher coordination. In addition to parents, the government and teachers also have a stake in the success of practical learning in achieving learning goals: online learning through instructional videos, assignments tailored to learning conditions at home, and preparing learning tools to be carried out at home. These findings provide valuable insights for parents to be alert and more creative in creating effective learning.

Work fatigue is a symptom correlated to a decrease in work efficiency and skills and an increase in boredom and anxiety. If hospital nurses suffer work fatigue, they will be unable to perform at their best to care for patients, and this will reduce their productivity in providing services. This study aimed to identify the factors correlated to the work fatigue of hospital nurses in Bandar Lampung. This study had a crosssectional design. The study population included 247 respondents, and the final study sample included 153 respondents. The independent variables in this study were sex, age, marital status, nutritional status, disease history, work period, and shift work.The dependent variable was work fatigue. The study data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (α = 0.05), and logistic regression test. The results showed that 75.8% of the respondents suffered from work fatigue. There were significant correlations between work fatigue and sex (p = 0.034), shift work (p = 0.001), and work period (p = 0.041). The determinant factor of work fatigue was the work shift (OR = 3.479; p = 0.007; 95% CI: 1.398-8.659). Therefore, it is suggested that hospital management should better regulate work shifts.
