The juvenile justice system as a legal efforcement to guarantee the rights of children who conflict with the law. The mechanism for the criminal justice system against children is carried out through diversion involving judicial officials. However, problems arise in enforcing the criminal justice system for children engaged in Jinayah cases. It is because the Jinayah case must obey the qanun implemented in Aceh. The punishment given to the perpetrators of Jinayah can be in the form of flogging or imprisonment. For a child, that punishment can be traumatic for the child’s mental health. Therefore, this research will examine various efforts to minimize the impact of this punishment on the psychological development of children who become perpetrators of Jinayah. The problem of this study is how a child can maintain his psychological health after becoming a perpetrator of Jinayah. This research is essential to protect children’s psychological development as perpetrators of Jinayah. The purpose of this study is to find various efforts to maintain the mental development of children as perpetrators of Jinayah. Thus, the research method used to answer these problems is qualitative with a normative approach and literature study. The normative research will analyze various legal regulations regarding criminal and Jinayah acts. Then, it will support a literature study to gain a comprehensive and depth understanding of the topic of study. The results are that children as perpetrators of Jinayah have a risk of psychological trauma, and juvenile criminal law needs to be strengthened. Strengthening this law can be in the form of harmonizing the diversion of children with the Jinayah law. The cooperation of various parties, namely, law enforcement officials, social workers, and indigenous peoples, can minimize the risk of child psychological trauma.
The management of human resources at the Secretariat of the Research and Development and Training Agency (a public organization that is identical to religious values) experiences problems because the importance of employee performance, employee engagement, and organizational behaviour are still below 75. This study aims to determine whether employee engagement and organizational citizenship behaviour positively and significantly impact employee performance. This research finds that employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while organizational citizenship behaviour has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. This research supports previous research, which states that employee engagement positively and significantly impacts employee performance. However, this research refutes previous research applied to private organizations, which states that organizational citizenship behaviour has a significant positive impact on employee performance.
This descriptive qualitative research uses Bibliometric Analysis by utilizing the Biblioshiny-R tool. This research is to determine the influence of an author, document, affiliation, source, and country in article publication with war and global economy themes. The source of the analysis data with the theme of war and global economy comes from the Scopus database without any restrictions. Weiss MA is the most influential author, at the same time Liu Y has the highest h index. The University of California is the most influential affiliate, and at the same time, the Cambridge Journal of Economics has the highest h index. The economy is the most influential keyword in the publication, at the same time, the war keyword also appears the most. Gössling S, 2020, J Sustainable Tour and USA are the most influential documents and country publications. Until now, no bibliometric research has been found that discusses the Scopus database on war and the global economy. What is new from this research is the use of Biblioshiny-R in the Scopus database analysis on war and the global economy which has never been done before. It is hoped that in the future more scientists, students, lecturers, and researchers will be interested in researching the effects of war on the global economy, especially wars that use nuclear and chemical weapons. As a result, the Government can develop policies to anticipate/avoid wars using nuclear weapons and chemical weapons.
The Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Buddha) is a work unit within the Ministry of Religious Affairs which has the duty to service Buddhists. This religious service has been held by this directorate since 2007. This study is intended to look at whether the religious services carried out by the Ditjen Bimas Buddha meet the community satisfaction that use service. This study aims at knowing: 1) the level of community satisfaction on the religious services of Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance of Ministry of Religious Affairs during 2018, and 2) service elements that need to be prioritized for improvement in 2019. This research is quantitative and data were collected through online survey (e-questionnaire) to respondents in 34 provinces. The analysis used was the servqual method which is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy (Permenpan) No. 14 of 2017 concerning the Guidelines for the Preparation of Community Satisfaction Survey. The findings are: 1) the level of community satisfaction on religious services of the Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance of Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2018 is 3.0045 on a scale of 4 (category C with poor quality, 2) service elements that need improvement priority in 2019 is elements of facilities and infrastructure, especially space capacity, completeness, service accuracy and acceleration.
Ikhlas beramal merupakan motto Kementerian Agama yang belum pernah didefinisikan secara institusional oleh Kementerian Agama sejak awal kelahirannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai organizational citizenship behavior dan employee engagement mana saja yang yang bersesuaian dengan makna ikhlas beramal. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik literature study, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Teknik stock taking dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengklasifikasi berbagai textbook dan jurnal serta berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dapat dipadankan dengan ikhlas non kontraktual dan employee engagement dapat dipadankan dengan ikhlas kontraktual karena memiliki nilai-nilai tertentu yang bersesuaian dengan beberapa nilai keikhlasan. Diperlukan berbagai kajian lanjutan untuk menguji temuan ini.
