Research and development are intended to determine the feasibility and the responses of students and educators to the development of e-modules using flip pdf professional on temperature and heat material. The method used was adopted from Borg & Gall development model. The validation product of e-modules using flip pdf professional as learning media have fulfilled very good criteria with a percentage of material expert evaluations of 92,08%, media experts of 89,1%, and religious experts of 90%. While the responses of students and educators obtained very good criteria with percentage for small group trials of 88.15%, field trials of 88.03%, and educator response tests of 85.96%. Based on the results, the development of e-module using flip pdf professional can be used as a learning media.
This study aims to develop and produce android-based mathematics learning media on the subject of three dimensions of point, line, and field positions in space, for class X high school students and find out the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of interactive multimedia-based learning media. This type of research is a research development in the form of a three dimensional interactive learning media. Media development refers to the ADDIE development model which includes 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPA and students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Maronge. The instruments used in this study were questionnaire validation of material experts and media experts, student questionnaire responses, and student evaluation tests. The results of the development research are: (1) The results of the validation of the material and the media obtain an average score of 36 with the category "quite valid"; (2) The results of the effectiveness of the media in small group trials have achieved 100% mastery learning in the "very effective" category; (3) The results of the practicality of the media in small group trials obtained an average score of 57 in the "very practical" category; (4) The results of the effectiveness of the media in large group trials gained mastery learning reaching 80% with the category of "effective"; and (5) The practicality of the media in the large group test obtained an average of 54,485 in the "practical" category.
This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of students in 4th grade Seluma 28th Public Elementary School on natural science subjects classifying animals by using the inquiry method. The research subjects 18 students, consisting of 10 male students and 8 female students. This type of research is classroom action research. This research consists of three stages, namely 1). Planning, 2). Actions, 3). Observation, and 4) Reflection. This research was conducted in three cycles, namely Pre-Cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II. The data collection technique was carried out by observing what was done by the teacher and the supervisor 2. From the results of the research conducted, it was seen an increase in student learning outcomes from each cycle. In the pre-cycle implementation, the average value of student learning outcomes is 64.44 with 50% completeness. In cycle I the average value of student learning outcomes is 76.11 with 72% completeness. In cycle II the average value of student learning outcomes is 88.89 with 100% completeness. From the results of this learning improvement study, it can be seen that the application of the inquiry method to the subjects of Natural Sciences classifying Animals can improve the learning outcomes of Grade IV students at SD Negeri 28 Seluma.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 28 Seluma pada mata pelajaran IPA pokok bahasan Menggolongkan Hewan dengan menggunakan metode inquiry. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas IV SD Negeri 28 Seluma yang berjumlah 18 orang yang terdiri atas 10 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswi perempuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu 1) Perencanaan, 2) Tindakan, 3) Observasi, dan 4) Refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, yaitu Pra Siklus, Siklus I, dan Siklus II. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi yang dilakukan oleh guru dan supervisor 2. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terlihat adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari setiap siklus. Pada pelaksanaan pra siklus, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 64,44 dengan ketuntasan 50%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 76,11 dengan ketuntasan 72%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 88,89 dengan ketuntasan 100%. Dari hasil penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini terlihat bahwa penerapan metode inquiry pada mata pelajaran IPA pokok bahasan Menggolongkan Hewan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 28 Seluma.Kata Kunci: Metode Inquiry: IPA; Hasil belajar; Penggolongan Hewan.
The purpose of this study was to implement an integrated science learning in order to reveal student's scientific process skills. Subjects of this study were Grade VII students of SMP in Bandar Lampung. This study used a quantitative approach. Data was collected using test and video recording. With regards to the implementation of the integrated science learning, the data showed that such learning approach has been relatively well implemented. This contributed to the data of students' scientific process skills which was observed to be improved by 7.5%. This result was strengthened by the data from video recording that showed an adequate achievement of scientific skills indicators. The average percentage of scientific indicators of explaining scientific phenomena, evaluating and designing scientific in research, and interpreting the data and scientific avidence were respectively 68,6%, 77,1%, and 81,7%. These values indicated an overall improvement of 11,5% that was considered to be good. More importantly, students and teachers showed positive response on the integrated science learning.
Abstrak Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19, maka lembaga pendidikan diliburkan untuk proses pembelajaran secara langsung guna mendukung program social distancing. Salah satu mekanisme yang diterapkan adalah pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian meta-analisis ini adalah menganalisis kembali hasil-hasil publikasi ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa selama pandemic COVID-19. Data dikumpulkan dari database pengindeks seperti Google Scholar, DOAJ, OneSearch, SINTA, dan Portal Garuda. Data yang difilter adalah hasil penelitian yang memuat nilai uji fisher (F), uji student (t), uji korelasi (r), dan jumlah peserta didik (N), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan meta-analisis melalui nilai effect size dan standart error untuk melihat summary effect size. Hasil simulasi menggunakan software JASP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55%. Nilai ini tentunya tidak terlalu tinggi, hal ini disebabkan dengan adanya beberapa factor kendala yang dihadapi selama proses pembelajaran daring baik oleh peserta didik, guru, maupun dosen. Abstract In order to support government policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19, educational institutions are disbursed for the learning process directly to support social distancing programs. One of the mechanisms implemented is online learning. The purpose of this meta-analysis research is to reanalyse the results of scientific publications related to students' motivation and learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data is collected from indexing databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, OneSearch, SINTA, and Garuda Portal. Filtered data is the results of research that contains fisher test values (F), student test (t), correlation test (r), and number of learners (N), then analyzed using meta-analysis through effect size and standart error values to see summary effect size. Simulation results using JASP software showed that there is a significant influence of online learning in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of learners by 55%. This value is certainly not too high, this is due to several factors of obstacles faced during the online learning process by both students, teachers, and lecturers.
