A pesquisa analisa as teses e dissertações publicadas no portal da Capes que tratam sobre a temática da teoria das competências no ensino superior. O problema investigativo se organiza em torno da pergunta: O que a comunidade científica tem pesquisado e produzido sobre a teoria das competências? Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e histórico-crítica, com revisão de literatura do tipo estado do conhecimento. Os 28 estudos selecionados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo (BARDIN, 1977) e organizados a partir das categorias: teorias das competências e educação superior; fundamentos teóricos e epistemológicos em Perrenoud; e ensino-aprendizagem por aquisição de competências. Os resultados apontam que o campo de estudos carece de mais pesquisa, fundamentação teórica, aparato epistemológico e método investigativo, além de não apresentarem contrapontos filosóficos e pedagógicos à teoria das competências.
Este artigo analisa as divergências e convergências sobre o tratamento de dados de pesquisa e o campo investigativo das Ciências Humanas e Sociais, na Resolução No 466/2012, na Resolução Nº 510/2016 e na Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental, de abordagem qualitativa e objetivo exploratório, balizada no entendimento dos teóricos De La Fare, Carvalho e Pereira (2017), Mainardes (2017) e Peixoto (2017). Os resultados apontam: i) a falta de determinantes vinculados à integridade humana; ii) a falta de autonomia do sujeito pesquisador; iii) a necessidade de modernização das resoluções no tratamento de dados; iv) a necessidade do acesso do sujeito pesquisado aos resultados da investigação assim como da transparência do acesso aos seus dados; v) a necessidade de fecundar um ensino e uma cultura ética nas instituições de educação.
