Two isomeric Zinc (II) complexes constructed by 3,5-bis(1-imidazoly) pyridine has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses and infrared spectroscopy. The binding mode and ability of complex 1-2 with CT-DNA were studied by UV and fluorescence spectra. The intrinsic binding constant K b (K b1 = 2.305 × 10 4 M −1 , K b2 = 3.095 × 10 4 M −1 ) and the observed association constant K obs (K obs1 = 1.523*10 6 M −1 , K obs2 = 2.057*10 6 M −1 ) indicated that the insertion ability of complex 2 with CT-DNA is stronger than complex 1. Gel electrophoresis showed that complexes have a good ability to hydrolyze cleavage pBR322 plasmid DNA. The cytotoxicity and apoptosis studies showed that complexes exhibited excellent cytotoxic activity against HeLa cells, especially complex 2 had better growth inhibition than Cisplatin. Molecular docking study simulated the binding model of complexes with DNA (PDB:4av1), showing an imidazole plane of complex 2 can be inserted into a DNA base pair in relative parallel. Both complexes can be used as potential anticancer agents.
The cobaltII complex [Co (C9H9O3)2(H2O)2], Diaqua-bis (ethylvanillinato-O,O')-cobaltII, the CoII atom is located on a twofold axis and is coordinated by two ethylvanillinate anions and two water molecule in a distorted octahedral geometry . The ethylvanillinate ligand chelates to the CoII atom through its ethyl and hydroxy O atoms,with differing Co-O bond distances (2.282(2) Å and 1.9914(18) Å).Adjacent complex link to each other via hydrogen bonds forming the three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
The ManganeseII Isovanillin complex [Mn2(C8H7O3)4(H2O)2], Diaqua-tetra (isovanillinato-O,O')-bis (manganeseII),the MnII atom is coordinated by three isovanillinate anions and one water molecule in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration with five-coordinations geometry. And one isovanillinate ligand chelates to the MnII atom through its methyl and hydroxy O atoms, the other two isovanillinate ligand chelates to the MnII atom only through its hydroxy O atoms. The same as another MnII atom. So we get a Binuclear MnII metal complexe. The fact clearly suggests not so much significant contribution from the electrostatic interaction in the Mn-O bonding in Binuclear MnII metal complexes as we gotten in mononuclear MnII metal complexes. Chose high-chromium cast iron as the material to make the mud pump shell, the composition of high-chromium alloy has been optimized and five kinds of alloy ( A, B, C, D and E) are designed. Furthermore, using the heat treatment method of air-cooled quenching of 1040°C + 260°C tempering, the relationship among material hardness, the impact toughness and the heating temperature is analyzed after heat treatment. Finally, the abrasion performance of wear-resistant materials is tested. The test result shows that all kinds of wear-resistant materials display well anti-abrasion performance, where the material E has the best relative wear resistance and 19.3% higher than the imported pump casing material. The results provide a scientific standard for selecting the practical wear-resistant materials and locating the piece casting bivalve pump of Cr26 high-chromium cast iron.
