Resumo: A partir de uma análise comparativa entre as experiências do Brasil e do Chile, este artigo analisa em que medida administrações de centro-esquerda constituíram uma oportunidade política para avançar na garantia de direitos para as mulheres por meio dos espaços institucionais. Para tanto, enfoca-se nas relações estabelecidas entre feminismos e Estado durante o chamado ‘ciclo progressista’ latino-americano, principalmente através das agências nacionais de políticas para as mulheres. Em ambos os contextos, governos de centro-esquerda contribuíram para o desenvolvimento de políticas para as mulheres na esfera nacional, porém de diferentes formas - no Brasil com um modelo participativo e a evidente aproximação entre feminismos e Estado e no Chile com um modelo tecnocrático, como parte de um processo de gender mainstreaming ou modernização do Estado, produzindo resultados igualmente distintos.
Este artículo tiene como objetivo central reflexionar sobre ¿cómo y en qué medida la pandemia ha afectado y modificado las formas de activismo feminista en Chile? ¿Qué impactos ha tenido el encierro en las formas de organizarse, en la capacidad de convocatoria y presión social? ¿Cuál ha sido la particularidad del caso chileno, considerando la pandemia en el intermedio de la revuelta social y el proceso constituyente? ¿Cuáles han sido los esfuerzos desplegados para mantenerse activas? Con base en los resultados de la Encuesta 8M 2021, el artículo reflexiona sobre la concretización de algunas características clave para entender e interpretar los feminismos chilenos contemporáneos y, a través de los resultados, demuestra la capacidad de reinvención y resistencia feminista para adaptarse al contexto de encierro provocado por la pandemia sin dejar de activarse y visibilizarse como actoras políticas relevantes.
