L’impact de l’hétérogénéité des profils d’apprenants sur la gestion et l’animation des dispositifs d’éducation à l’entrepreneuriat a été peu abordé dans la littérature. Les enseignants semblent peu préparés à cet enjeu, d’autant plus si leurs apprenants sont des adultes en reprise d’études. À travers une étude qualitative autour de deux formations à la création et la reprise d’entreprises accueillant une diversité d’apprenants adultes, nous cherchons à identifier les postures, stratégies et outils mis en œuvre par des enseignants en entrepreneuriat pour s’adapter à ce défi. Cette étude nous conduit à caractériser l’influence multidimensionnelle de la diversité des apprenants sur l’animation d’un cours d’entrepreneuriat ainsi qu’à identifier des actions permettant à l’enseignant de mieux s’adapter à ce défi. Nos travaux visent à permettre aux enseignants en entrepreneuriat de se préparer à une meilleure gestion des classes hétérogènes et contribuent ainsi à apporter une réponse pratique à l’un des effets de la massification de l’éducation entrepreneuriale.
